Review 2：every thing was just perfect , very warmed welcome staffs and helpful. nice view out to Garden , the place is in the center not even 1 min walk to the Metro Station .

Review 10：The room is not like on photo. There are some cracks in the walls, dirty linen, broken shower, strange wooden door. Especially its strange in winter. And the main problem of this mini hotel - the reception/receptionist is absent the most part of the day. Breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor is poor (do not eat if you have possibility to go anywhere)

Review 12：The apartment was not as presented on the pictures. The room was very dark and the windows (actually door) was facing the backyard. We had to wait 5 minutes for the hot water after opening the tap.The gym and the sauna is not onsite. You have to walk 500 meters to another street to get there and it's not good at all. The sauna is in the middle of the gym, so good luck with it. The breakfast was ok, but the assortment and offer was always the same and not so great. Also, be careful with the pricing. I was charged more for the room, than what I booked at. The place didn't provide the invoice. The place looks like a Middle Eastern family owned business.

Review 13：Is not really a hotel and the guy at the reception is not there all the time, strange bed with two mattresses, the bathroom was not in our room so we had to cross a lobby

Review 17：It is not a hotel, there are couple of rooms (former offices) which are being booked by a guy. The only sign for the hotel is the small yellow plaque at the entrance of the building. They ask your arrival time and be there, take the money, give the key and leave. If you need anything afterwards no reception, no replies to the calls. The wifi was not available all evening and night, but there was no body to fix it. You will be -probably- staying in one of the rooms without window and with a direct entrance from the public area. If somebody makes a mess during the night infront of your door or turns on the light in the public area you room will also be lightened and your sleep will surely be interrupted. nothing but just a liquid hand soap. For the breakfast you should go to the bistro downstairs present your piece of paper given by the "reception guy" and be exposed to the rudeness of the bistro crew who does not want to see you around. Besides, inspide of informing the guy the day before I could not reach him to leave the key and my luggage to the safe room. No respond for more than a hour. I requested the guys in Istanbul Restaurant downstairs to keep my luggage for couple of hours. He did not even apologize or send a respond.

It was a night of power cut for most of the city and torrential rain ,highly accommodating.Luckily, having the bistro and restaurant at the door step was a blessing. Breakfast in the bistro was truly amazing with friendly staff.We stayed the night before in the hotel at Vaci utca but this one beat the experience . Very clean.

Review 24：no one available when we wanted to check out Bed very uncomfortable, it was a small double mattress laid on 2 single beds, and the mattress had springs sticking into you. Rather bizarre style of decor. No net curtain, so as very large window on to main road, had to keep curtains drawn at all times.

Review 26：Great location next to the underground. You have plenty of restaurants just walking outside and the famous ruin pub Instant is just 200m away. The man at the reception is so friendly helping you with everything and the buffet breakfast was super good. Really nice spot.

Review 38：Enjoyed our stay here. Staff extremely friendly and helpful; location is ideal for exploring Budapest. Room was very large. Free breakfast was a plus. Tip: arrive on time! We were late (bus delay) and had to get restaurant to call hosts. They were very friendly about this, but may save you hassle.

Review 52：This is not a standard hotel type accommodation hence I was a wee disappointed since I was expecting one. The photos do not the the justice to the reality: 1) the breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant 2) the "triple room is a double room 2) the "balcony" is a shared walkway 3) no window in my room, just transparent glass doors with a light outside turning on every time someone walked by 4) tired bed, dirty light switch in my room, missing towels, no shampoo, no hairdrier; the place is run by people who's main business is a nearby restaurant and later decided to rent rooms above. both the place and the services feel substandard compared to only slightly more expensive competitors.

Review 54：It was not easy to find the hotel when we arrived because of lack of any guide-tables or signs and nobody was inside to meet us, so we spent some time straying around, thats why highly recommend you to arrange the exact time of your arrival in advance. There is no wardrobe! Also we had some problems with wi-fi in the room what is good if you are here for the right vacation (dont waste your time on Internet) but not very good when you need to do some work. But outside the room wifi was pretty fine.

Review 55：Room was clean what is important, with new furniture and good bathroom. Location is pretty comfortable for sightseeing and having night out and even some little shopping. Price is very pleasant for what you get. Breakfast was included which is very comfortable but you need to consider that it is quite small (for some people it is important as I know) - good for tiny girls but not enough for men. Though there is a supermarket on the opposite side of the street, so you can buy something to complete your breakfast with some food from there. I absolutely can recommend this hotel when you are in Budapest with a short visit :)

No RC to TV, cafe is in nearest building and you can't change the menu(they give you tea, bread, cheese, tomato, cucumber, scrambled eggs)

Для одного мене була кімната з трьома ліжками, чистий рушник. ------- Nice turkish owner has several rooms. There are a fitness opposite the street with sauna, it's free. Breakfast is also free. There is a TV-set, hot showeer. I had 3 beds in my room and clean towel. Good location.

Review 63：The hotel is not conform to the ad, the sports club and sauna are 2 streets away and you have to get out to go there. Also the beds and bathroom (which is common to the 3 other rooms) were not really clean, and it is very noisy (if you are in a room, you can hear everything in the common lunch room and in the courtyard). Disappointing.

Review 69：We came for 4 nights but left after 1 day. This is a real hostel. The room has 3 beds, 2 doors and no windows. Not at all windows. Shared bathroom and toilet. On the first floor there are 2 cafes, a day noise and smell of food. We are warned in advance that will come at 7 am, but the staff came only at 9 am. We spent 2hours on the street. I do not recommend.
