Review 1：Bathroom had no phone inside and I got locked in there after door could not open for 3 hrs. Manager and staff on duty were very kind and even after that little hiccup they made my stay comfortable

Although the hotel is probably aimed at business travellers it has a very relaxed and non-intrusive atmosphere so it was ideal for our holiday stay as well. Very professional, friendly and flexible staff. Nice (relatively) quiet location in the seaward area outside Rome. Garage if you want it. Good restaurants nearby (Z&L recommended). Very pleasant neighbourhood. Looking forward to next stay.

Review 11：The price displayed on Booking IS NOT the price you pay. Be aware of a big amount of EXTRA TAXES to pay !!!! Cleaning staff enter in your room without knocking at the door at 6 AM !!! Dust, dust and dust : don't be sensitive...

Review 12：Getting there from Napoli was bit difficult. After leaving exit 26 you have to negotiate a rather confusing way to get there. Without navigator I don't think we would have made it in the dark since the signs are small.

The hotel is run on a shoestring of staff,probably thats why its cheap for a supposingly 4 star, also you musthave a hired car if staying here, and doing Rome sights, and leave thecar at a metro station car park nearer the city.But watch out therereally crazy drivers out there!!!!!Probably best to pay the extra andstay in a better hotel.

Eventhough the suites overlooking the gardens were available??? Advertising was missleading, ie: the wi-fi throughout the entire hotel was not available to my room/suite. Only in the lobby area... Wild cats looming the carpark and grounds, (I counted no less than fifteen). Staff were bordering on rude when informed of any issue we had. ie: all the above. Kitchenette was not supplied with any cutlery, plates, cups, bottle opener, or cooking utensils.

But the hotel is well connected to the city center, although you really need to have a car to enjoy this location. Best Western standards, and good restaurants around.
