Located at the foot of the Alps in Mittersill, Alphotel Kuhstadl is just a 5-minute drive from the Kitzbühel Alps Panorama Cable Car. It offers a spa area with a sauna, an infrared cabin and two relaxation rooms.
Each room has a wooden balcony overlooking the mountains, wooden floors and panels, a flat-screen TV and free WiFi access.
In summer, guided hikes are offered every day. Hiking sticks and rucksacks are provided. In winter, a cross-country ski run is just 350 feet from the Kuhstadl. As of winter 2015, a ski bus shuttle, which is only available for hotel guests, is available.
Raclette evenings are held once a week at the restaurant. Guests can benefit from free Wi-Fi in public areas or relax on the garden terrace. The lounge room features an open fireplace.
Free private parking is available on site. Mittersill Train Station is 1,650 feet away, and the Mittersill-Stuhlfelden Golf Club is 1.2 miles away. 7 ski areas are within a 30-minute drive.

Review 1：It's a bit far of train station, but isn't a big problem

Review 2：The room was huge, with a great balcony and beatiful views, zone very quiet, breakfast was correct. If I return to the zone I'll repeat the same.

Review 3：The advertised 3rd bedroom is in fact no proper bedroom. It is extremely small (cca 2.5 x 1.8 m) and without any windows, ventilation, or furniture. It contains just one bunk bed - nothing more. Just a size of a bathroom. You cannot breath at night unless you keep the door to the corridor open. The second bedroom is also very small, consequently the bed is too short and a person over 185 cm tall touched his feet on the opposite wall. Moreover, it has no warderobe or space to put your luggage. Half of us had to store our luggage on the corridor. National Park Card is NOT included in the price - read the Fine print carefully. But at least the owner was willing to provide the Nationalpark Cards on extra price.

Review 8：An excellent hotel, large comfortable room and bed. Owners have done a wonderful job in updating the hotel. Lots of choices for breakfast. WiFi throughout the hotel and in the room.

Review 9：Although the bedroom was adequately appointed, there was no soap in the dispenser. An evening meal was not available and as we had travelled quite a distance we would have liked to have stayed in the hotel. There are two dogs roaming around in Reception - they were no problem to us, but may be to people who are dog averse.

Review 10：The hotel was well located within Mitersill and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Our room had a balcony and overlooked the mountains. The owner was very helpful when asked for advice on places to visit etc. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent.
