Review 1：There were stains on the sheets and the beds where very hard and lumpy. The breakfast selection was very minimal and the quantity seemed to change every day.

Review 2：The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Review 3：breakfast at the room, so quite sad since if you are alone... A very strong smell in the room coming from the bathroom, probably sewers, but not sure... The staff came 2 times a day with a spray to recude it...it worked out! Beside the smell, which was imminent during the rain season (I've been there for xmas week), I definitely had a good time there and I will go back again!

Review 4：staff was very polite great location, close to Seminyak center, restaurants and market and the beach at 5 min away. Rent a scooter and you will get everywhere! Very large room w Kitchen and huge bathroom + air conditioning witch was necessary!

Review 5：There is a kitchen in the room bot no table or chair to eat a meal. Even the served breakfast has to be eaten on the bed. My terrace (deluxe room) was not even big enough that I could sit there.

Review 6：Kerobokan is a very local area and the hotel is very close to a local market. The staff is very friendly as almost always in Bali. They serve a rich breakfast at the room.

Review 7：power interruptions and water interruptions. The ground floor unit with the high courtyard wall restricted the breeze. Next visit we would stay on the upper levels.

Review 10：great location in Seminyak, Jalan Petitenget, Jalan Karabokan. very near nasi padang warung, bakso, nasi pecel restaurants and cheap price. next to night market for local food delicacies. every room has kitchen and sink so you can dine takeaway food.

Review 13：Location near to everywhere, price are reasonable with the facilities provided. Staff were very helpful, I made the booking very last minute and was arrive almost midnight. They were very fast respond.

The staff were extremely helpful; we didnt have gas connected to our stove so they went and bought some and connected it within 5 mins. They also rented us one of their scooters which was also fairly priced. The villas are located right next to a market which was nice to grab some fruit.

Review 24：The location was a bit further out of the centre of Seminyak then what we had thought. It was a bit too far to walk all of the time and so we found ourselves catching cabs more then we had anticipated.

Review 29：The Hotel is located at a central location in Seminyak. Very close to Kuta as well. There are a lot of nice beaches and restaurants close by. The Villa was simply awesome. The pool is simply perfect. The surrounding is quiet and there was no disturbance at all. The staff helped us a lot in terms of picking a good beach and a good place to Party. They also suggested places to eat and places not to visit as well. I would suggest people to stay at this hotel for sure...
