Review 1：Breakfast is not good. Difficult with Navigation system to reach the hotel.we end upwith a dead end around 1 KM before the hotel. More number sign board need to be there in road side from argegno . There should be a sign board near via Pizzo Gordona and Via schignano Junction.

Review 5：A little hard to find in the foothills above Lake Como (use your GPS), this family run small hotel had so much old world charm. We were impressed with how clean and comfortable the facilties were and the restaurant, with their home made meals, just added to the ambiance of this place. I would definitely stay there again.

Review 8：The decorations were beautiful, different paint effects in the public areas were unique and colorful. The setting was lovely though the bus service was limited. The food and service at the restaurant were wonderful.
Review 9：Just loved the atmosphere and the location and the restaurant was perfect. Just be careful though - if you walk down the hill to argegno - this is one serious hill. Maybe a half hour walk but it is probably the steepest incline I've ever seen. Quite an enjoyable walk if you like that kind of thing. It is not what you'd call an easy stroll though.

Review 11：Good location with a great clima, which is much cooler than down at the lake. Garden is a big plus. Very cozy. In case somebody likes the church bells Glockenspiel on the weekend at 8am - that's the place to be. It sounds lovely.
Review 12：The hotel looked a bit too quiet in the evening, so we drove downhill into Argegno itself for dinner, which was much nicer (but very busy, difficult to find parking space).

Review 17：If I could give La Griglia a score it would get 15/10. The staff are excellent, rooms are beautiful, and the restaurant is outstanding. It is a trip to get there, but well worth it. We were made to feel incredibly welcome with the outstanding hospitality.

Review 19：Staff was excellent. We had a minor problem with our first room and they quickly moved us to another room. The only reason I mention this is to highlight the excellent staff. Room was comfortable and quiet. Make sure you eat dinner at the restaurant as the food was outstanding. Breakfast was great as well.

Review 23：The hotel is very comfortable and the accompanying restaurant has some really good food. The breakfast was also pretty great! It was not expensive at all if you take into account that you're a couple of minutes away from Lake Como.
Review 24：Quiet location above the town of Argegno. Good views of the mountains from our room. Short walk (30 minutes) into town which is definitely worth the effort if you are able to handle a steep walk. Excellent breakfast.

Review 26：The location is heavenly.air is clean. Location wsd amazing. Ten minutes drive and you g we t to Argegno on the lake. We drove to Switzerland barely an hour away. It was the expetu experience of our lives. Staff is very friendly and helpful ..Food wad very good. The only negative w as s the mattress. It was so stiff my back hurts. other then that it was perfect
Review 27：Good hotel for exploring Lake Como. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Quite a bit out of town for access to boats and restaurants, but there is a bus service, and a good walking path - 20mins down, 30 mins up at a steady walking pace, but quite steep in parts. Lovely view of the lake, but not from all the rooms - we were lucky and had the view, but got the delivery vehicles at 6.30am!!

Review 64：There were only two things I didn't like, one was the bed which was very firm (for me) and cold, I ended up sleeping on top of a spare quilt from the cupboard. The other was the cost of the food. When I tuned up I was famished,they prepared a ham salad for me, which was nice, with a beer and coffee. It came to €21.50 this was the same with all the food it was all good but not quite exceptional but it was reasonably expensive.
Review 65：Fantastic location between the mountains and lake como with great views over the same, but not from the whole building, not right on top of all the hubub but near enough, superb ambience, the place just felt lovely and comfortable, a bit of ski "chaletness" about it.The room was lovely and very clean with a superb shower room. I was on my own on a business trip in Milan and had a couple of days to kill waiting for a business transaction to complete and wanted to do a bit of walking,so had a single room which cost €50 inc breakfast which was excellent value.
