Review 1：Right on the ocean, pool is small but nice and has a beach right behind it. Bathroom is half open to outdoors which is a unique experience. Room has a satellite TV, minibar, DVD player, fan and an AC which is rare in bungalows all together. Very friendly staff and driver.

Review 4：Ok, as a young couple, we didn't need TV. But the TV was old and the connection very less. For the people who needs a TV, this gonna maybe a problem. This is a luxury Problem, not more.

Review 5：Beat place for couples and to enjoy the quietness. Very nice bungalows, a pool and restaurant with a very great view to the sea, especially in the evening ;) Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Review 6：The pool was sometimes murky and we wished that the amount of chlorine used for our plunge pool jacuzzi would be better controled as we all are prone to allergies.

Review 7：We stayed at the family bungalow which was very comfortable and our children loved their room. Bungalow was spacious and bright and we loved to stick around. Restaurant has a very nice view and pretty good food, swimming pool is relaxing with a very nice view of the sea. We enjoyed the food even though since we were many ( two families and grandparents) it sometimes arrived a bit slowly as the kitchen is small. However, meals that we ordered were very nice and ikan pepes was worth waiting for.

Review 9：Beautiful location, with magnificent ocean-view sunsets over the infinity pool. We had a large 2-bedroom suite with a private mini-pool. Very clean and comfortable, with very nice furnishings throughout, and good wifi. Helpful staff. Good location - easy to get around Candidasa but away from the main centre (and not a dive centre-hotel). We really enjoyed our stay, and would return.

Review 13：Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Stunning bathrooms and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping staff were excellent and everyone greeted us with a genuine Balinese smile.

Review 18：Not many loungers around the pool though so you need to be early if you want to spend the day sunbathing! The only downside for us was the area itself. We stayed in Candidasa on our way to the Gili islands and I think we would have been disappointed if we'd picked it as a final destination, in comparison to say Ubud we thought it was very quiet and the restaurants weren't on the same level of quality for the price.

Review 19：Couldn't believe how nice the hotel was for the price we paid! Each room is an individual bungalow and the grounds were stunning. The infinity pool had amazing views out to the sea and was a good size. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and enjoyed the meal, the service, the sunset views and the very good value happy hour!! It is also a stunning location to have breakfast. It's about a 5/10 minute walk from the hotel to other restaurants.

Review 20：An elderly gentleman was walking from the pool across the restaurant to his room. He was wet from the pool and slipped splitting his head open. The staff were not sure what to do and there was no Medical box to dress the wound. I am a nurse and I took over until his driver arrived with a medical kit. The tiles are very slippery to be so close to water and a medical kit along with medical knowledge needs to be available.

Review 24：Bali Santi met all of our expectations. The family room was comfortable enough for parents and two children. The village was quiet, we wished we spent more of our time in Bali at Bali Santi.

Review 25：Because of the bathroom doors, you can't close them properly, we had loads of mosquitoes during the night! A mosquito net would have been nice...

The hotel was a nice improvement over most of the previous accommodations; the open-air shower and the infinity pool being definate highlights. The stuff was friendly and helpful, though we had only very few interactions.

Review 54：On the 2nd night of the stay an oil tanker moored close inshore. The ships engines resonated clearly and loudly across the water. This took away the ambiance of the bungalow. Due to the proximity to Pandang Bai's oil terminal I would say that the mooring of ships in the locality would be a regular occurance.

Review 55：My wife and I had a water-view bungalow. The view from the room was terrific. The lapping of the waves against the foreshore was very relaxing. The bungalow was spacious. The large 'outside" bathroom was terrific

Review 58：- Breakfast too limited, gets boring eating only 3 choices in 8 days. - Bathroom and bungalow were not really very clean. We had house number 5 which is super located next to the pool and with sea views, but you do look into the bungalow of your neighbors, so it's not private! This bungalow has a big room + annex big bathroom, but the shower water goes everywhere on the floor, the corner is a bit spooky with some old plants and spider webs. The management told us they had no small hand towels and the big ones were very old, there is no shower gel, only shampoo and a small piece of soap, so the promise of toiletries is a farce! We heard the staff in the kitchen talking and cooking, but that's only with bungalow number 5, which is a superior room.

Review 59：- Location - Bungalow - Pool - Quietness - Staff Very nice bungalow, big and with adequate air-conditioning. Well located, nice staff at pool area and restaurant, good food prices at restaurant and their gado-gado is to die for, very big portion and all fresh. Nasi Goring also very good and very well priced. Juices very good. A good place to stay, quite central, you can walk to other restaurants and the harbor but who does that in Bali anyway...

Review 60：Bali Santi is simple but well appointed accommodation in one of the quieter areas of Bali. If you're looking to escape he craziness of Seminyak, Kuta and Sanur than it's well worth it. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice but not all to the same standard so I would recommend checking which room you have booked specifically. The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for us and our two small children. The kids loved the outdoor and the small plunge pool.

Review 69：To be honest we thought the price we paid was a high compared the price of their other bungalows in Bali Santi. It was 60% more in price and thats including the bungalows that had been refurbished. The bathroom was large but very dated with very low water pressure. The outside plunge pool had lots of small plant like things floating in the water. It was just not inviting at all. It felt dirty. Also I think it could have done with some inside seating as the only place to sit inside was on the bed.

Review 70：The driver arrived to pick us up at the airport and he had cold water for us. Airport transfers is an extra fee but very reasonable for the 2 hour drive. The staff at Bali Santi were amazing they were so polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool was very inviting and we enjoyed swimming in it a lot. We had the Deluxe Suite with Sea View. Bungalow 11 Courtney Love Suite.The room was large with a queen bed, with plenty of wardrobes, a safe and a TV on a stand, It also had a small kitchen with a medium sized fridge. The bathroom was large but very dated. The bungalow also had a little verandah with 2 chairs and a table. It had doors that opened onto a small portico with a plunge pool in it. Unfortunately the plunge pool had so many micro orgasms floating around it it that it was very uninviting. It had a very good air conditioner and ceiling fan that was on when we arrived so the room was lovely and cool. It also had a great big ornamental pig on the verandah. The gardens were immaculate. Overall we had a lovely stay at Bali Santi. Candidasa is a 2 hour drive from the airport. It is a much quieter area of Bali.

Review 71：Breakfast was really poor (fully rancid butter). As there was a very strong wind, small pieces of the alang alang thatched roof as well as sand made the Jacuzzi look dirty.
