Review 2：We liked the convenient location of thie studios, just off the beach. The views from the top studios are lovely and the downstairs ones have a great patio area. Staff are very friendly and helpful .

Review 3：We spend there 4 nights. The room was basic, clean and spacious. Location is perfect, our room has view to the sea. Fully equipped kitchen, sun beds are available. Shops just opposite the street. 20 minutes walk from the port, nice restaurants around the corner. Staff friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it!

Review 5：Nick picked us up at the airport for the equivalent of a taxi fare butwe also stopped at a local taverna and had a nice chat with his friendsplus Raki & Greek food, all foc. The room was 50m from the beach andat 30 euros a night was a bargain. There is a small supermarket acrossthe road with a lovely owner and Nick's office and car rental isnext door if you need anything. We rented a car from Nick and took atrip up to Kos town. A great stay....

Review 6：really good place to stay and exellent arrangements of the apartment and facilities and it was really clean. The staff members were really nice, kind and ready to resolve any kind of problem. If we're going to return to Kos we surely would book again at Irene Studios!

Review 7：Great value place to stay right on the beach. Great views from the room. Facilities are basic but perfectly adequate for a week or two. Nikos, the helpful manager, is based across the road in the travel agency. When he couldn't track down a taxi for our early morning return to Kos town, he drove us himself for less that a taxi would have cost.

Review 9：Great location, situated between the main road and the sea (about 20 meters to the beach). Beautiful view from the balcony at the sea and Kastri island. Along the beach and the road many of markets, car rentals and restaurants (you can eat a decent meal from 6EUR). Great place for those who appreciate a quiet holiday, in high season is not crowded.

Review 10：Perfect gem of a place! Just off the beach With a beautiful view. Well maintained, clean and comfortable. The manager, Nick Giannou has an office just across the road. He and his team are on hand all day, car hire, airport runs etc. We were made to feel very welcome, definitely be back.

Review 25：Excellent see view , mostly not obstructed, very clean, close to both serf stations - 50 m to one and 150m to other (Vetratoria). Supermarket and reception (Castri Holidays) are right across the road. Wifi is weak, but it is OK to use it in reception zone. Ground floor has open terraces with sunbeds, second floor has spacious balconies.
