Review 1：The free wifi did not work well. The bed was old and uncofertable. Some of the staff did not speak english. The pool needs lots of mantanice. The reception was not helpful nor informed. The kids activates were not organized. The beach was with stones and not sand.

Review 21：Loved the attentiveness of the staff, the free use of certain spa facilities, the close ness of the pool to the beach and the excellent pool / beach drinks/ food service. The gardens were very well maintained offering additional shade. The menu was varied, well presented and delicious especially the chicken Slouvacki and the Sea Food Risotto. Check in and out was efficient and staff were informative along with the efficient porter service. We only had a standard non smoking room which would have been a superior room at any other hotel. It included bath robes, fridge and free safe. We had one or two problems in our room but when informed the were dealt with immediately. All in all this was a perfect 5 days at a beautifully situated hotel in the lovely city of Kalamata.

Review 46：Furniture in the rooms was shabby and in need if updating. Wifi was poor, really only in the public areas although sometimes you had reception in the rooms, and internet speed painfully slow.

Review 48：Too far from town and restaurants. You need a car We were checked in with a booking we had cancelled and subsequently rebooked. The hotel blamed booking.com saying that they had not received the newer booking from them even though I had produced the new confirmation booking. They told me that I would need to take it up with booking.com. Upon my insistence they found the cancellation and new booking. I am sure that they would have listed the second booking as a no show and charged me a night's accommodation.

Review 49：The hotel is positioned on a lovely clean beach. The room and bathroom were large. Big beautiful pool. Good variety at Breakfast. We had a superior room which was on ground floor so didn't have a balcony but had an outside seating area with table and chairs and a retractable clothes line. Bar fridge was empty so we could use it for our own food and drinks.

Review 56：We have stayed there for four nights, hotel claimed that they have free of charge wi-fi availiable all over their territory. It's true but we didn't have access to the internet via their wi-fi since our arrival and every day reception were saying: we r fixing it. It sounds really stupid on the third day))) so I would say they deserve at most 3 stars - superior stars, maybe. But no internet connection:(
