Review 1：Loud construction in room next door. Hair in room service food. Fire alarm chirping. Having to manage hotel staff rather than being serviced. Paper thin door separating our room from room next door, as a result could hear all conversations next door at midnite and 6 am in morning.

Review 3：Missing few essentials such as toilet paper, shower cap etc.VERY DIRTY and FOUL SMELLING public rest room/powder room near reception desk. When I reported to a few staff, they said it will be clean when you come next time! I told them this kind of careless attitude to customer care will not bring them repeat visitors, in fact people who use the powder room prior to checking in will in fact go SOME WHERE ELSE!!

Review 6：Location of the hotel directly on the lake side is nice and has potential. Unfortunately all the rest is so far below standards and how things should be...there is a long way to go. If you can stay here for 50 euro a night it might be "ok". For more than that go somwhere else.

Review 8：The setting is incredible.... On the shore of Fateh Sagar lake... Which is so much calmer and more serene than lake Pichola... Which is great... But this is a very calm and relaxed place. Food good and service as well. Decor is simple and clean lines. A great contrast to the richness as seen in the palaces.
