Review 3：Place hard to find - only one sign in greek letters on one umbrella over the door. No hot water in the kitchen - everything ruined, broken waste basket in the kitchen, no WIFI - we have to get from the cafe infront, terrible smell from the street - the neighbours had a problem with the canal and we parked the car in the sh...t. The small sofa on the terrace was broken - i sit and fall down - coulf have a broken chest..

Review 5：For the price I'd have expected a bit more space and comfort. The room was cramped for two, the mattress was cheap, uncomfortable and stained, the place was generally run-down and in need of care and attention, e.g. cracked basin, poor plumbing, ineffective air conditioning. The room was unbearably hot at night, even with the window wide open. Poor value for money

Review 6：Well located on the heart of the waterfront life of Eretria, surrounded by tavernas, cafés etc and a few minutes from beaches. Friendly welcome from Athená. Endless hot water.

Review 14：We very much liked that it was in a central point of the city ofEretria. We had everything in a distance of 300 meter the most. Supermarket, coffee shops, clubs, and the Church. The room was very clean andvery stylish and had hot water and heating all day and night. The viewof the Euboean gulf was marvelous and the small island ''dreamsisland'' complemented the magic. Even though it was in a centralstreet the double glazed windows didn't let any noise to comeinside. From the entrance to the building I felt like home because ofthe politely owner. She was very kind and helpfull.

Review 15：There was no breakfast option. The place is located in the middle of a restaurants and bars area so it was noisy until late hours. The room׳s facilities are old and not very well maintained. The atmosphere of the place is quite gloomy.

Review 16：The place is very close to the ferry to Athens and to the beach. The lady in charge was kind enough to allow us to use the shared kitchen. There was a qute balcony to the room.
