Review 13:The accommodation was slightly dated but very clean and well presented. On suite all good. Tea/ Coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast was first class and our host Brian made us most welcome without being intrusive. Good parking facilities. The town was very quiet but to be fair, our stay was midweek.

Review 14:Nothing.

Review 15:Good selection for breakfast, good room, excellent facilities. Some special touches like chocolate bars supplied with the Tea & Coffee making facilities, and a fresh bottle of water.

Review 16:Have not had occasion to use a B&B for quite some time.I definately picked the right one as it was clean, spacious and the breakfast was first class. Brian was excellent host, friendly, but not intrusive. many thanks.

Review 17:The town is horrible, it looks ok on the drive in but is run down and devoid of anything pleasant. The double bed was small and not the most supportive but ok overall. The shower was very poor, no water pressure at all.

Review 18:The staff were very, very nice as was the breakfast. The location was good, only a 5 minute walk into the town. The rooms were spacious and nicely laid out.

Review 19:Possibly more of a varity for a veggie breakfast.

Review 20:Private parking, nice & quiet comfortable sleep. Owner asked if I wanted another heater in the room. I requested gluten free bread & that was supplied. Nice stay

Review 22:Warm welcome & very hospitable host. Good location in centre of town & met our needs fully. Would recommend this B&B as value for money spot.

Review 23:There was nothing about Williamsferry House Bed & Breakfast that we didn't like... apart from a distinct lack of hedgehogs in the garden

Review 24:A great location in the centre of Nenagh and easy walking distance around town while delightfully quiet at night. Brian is an excellent host who puts on a great breakfast (his home made bread is to die for!) and gives you all the local knowledge you need. Our room was spotlessly clean and almost sumptuously comfortable while the piano in the common living area added a beautiful homey feel.

Review 25:We have had this booked for 6 weeks, we arrived @ 4pm, checked in left our bags and then went off, we got bad news and had to go home so at 6pm we went back to the b&d to get our clothes and tell the owner that we weren't staying as we had an emergency at home, we asked the owner what can we give him as we didn't sleep over, we booked the room for 68 euro he said he would give is 4 euro off and left it at 64 euro.i felt the owner could have maybe given us a better amount off, or maybe offered us to reschedule,
