Review 2：We loved the place. Clean spacious rooms with good toiletries, fresh towels, a cupboard, TV etc. Hot water was provided the whole day, even the wash basin had a tap for hot water (unlike some hotels in Udaipur that don't have this facility). The staff was very accommodating. We reached the hotel at 8 and were allotted a room immediately. Moreover we were even allowed to check out at 11.30 when the check out time is 10 a.m. The staff didn't even charge us extra for the extra time they allotted us the rooms. The breakfast is also good. All in all value for money and we will surely be back here soon. Room Tip - Book the super delux rooms that face the lake.

Review 5：I had booked 2 rooms and just less then 24 hours back i received a call that both the room that have been booked had water leakage problems and they were allocating us to a much less superior hotel. worst part they didn't even care to help us with similar star hotel.

Review 6：A funny point the manager at the spa was very friendly and polite until we promised him to visit him soon. We got busy and failed to visit resulting him to not even look or smile while we were checking out when he realised no point to be good as we will not be visiting the spa..

Review 8：Poor service, couldn't trust the word of the personnel. When asking how much should we pay for rickshaw for half a day service, they said 600 rupees. That was the first price the rickshaw driver also mentioned, we ended up getting the half day at 250 rupees. Same thing when arranging car service to Jodhpur: the hotel offered it at 6000 rupees, we paid 2500 rupees.
