Review 6：I like the fact that the Mud Hut is central to everything. It's always clean and well decked out. I like the way the rooms face on to the courtyard because it encourages guests to speak to each other.

Review 14：The building construction is really stunning if you're a fan of something a bit different. Lovely rammed earth walls - be sure to ask to stay in those rooms (I gather some are not in that style), very clean motel, good wifi and reasonably priced breakfasts. Staff were very good - and came to pick us up at the airport. And here's a place in Coober Pedy to get a great coffee in the morning!

Review 21：We have stayed at Mud Hut many times as we travel back and forth to Adelaide regularly. We have stayed in other accomodation in Coober, including the most expensive and this place is so much better in comfort, quietness, and value for money.

Review 30：A very clean and comfortable. Close to town so we could walk everywhere, a nice change after lots of driving. The mud compacted walls are great insulation for both temperature and sound making this a very quiet place to stay.

Review 32：The motel is in a good location, not too close to the centre of town but in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Its location means you are not troubled by traffic noise. It is "above ground" which is unusual for Coober Pedy but suited us. It was early spring when we stayed so we could not test the rammed-earth walls for their thermal properties but I'm sure they would be good (given their thickness). The evaporative air conditioner works very well. Our room was large, well furnished and seemed quite new. The bathroom is large and well fitted. The managers live-in on the property and so are available from quite early to quite late if you need them. They were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the Mud Hut Motel if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Coober Pedy.

WiFi offered free of charge. Excellent choice of motel to wind down after a long drive. Can definitely recommend to other travelers.

Review 36：Stabilized earth construction not only fitted the décor of the town but provided a very quiet unit, which although the motel was full, there was no noise from the other guests. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty and filling.
