Bed and Breakfast Biancaleo sells fast on our site. Featuring an outdoor pool, free bike rental and free Wi-Fi access, the eco-friendly Biancaleo is located on the hill town of Affi. Guests can enjoy a sweet and savoury breakfast served in the dining room.

Review 1：Would have liked to be in walking distance of lake / bigger pool Table in room to help make hot drinks with the kettle they provided Stairs to loft room for children too steep

Review 3：wow, Fantastic hospitality! went out of their way to be accommodating and made sure our son, who is gluten free, had plenty of choices from breakfast. Would definitely be back!

Review 10：The super nice hosts created a wonderful, ecologically sophisticated place - congratulations! Of course the salt water pool is a great treat. The rooms are perfectly designed with mostly reclaimed wood.

Review 11：We could find nothing to complain about in Biancaleo. The property is new, so all fixtures and fittings are modern and comfortable. I've spent the last five minutes trying to think of just one negative to include but it's not happening! Go to Biancaleo and see for yourself!

Review 12：We loved absolutely everything about Biancaleo! We stayed here for 9 nights in July and really had the holiday of a lifetime. Our room was beautiful, spacious & bright. Everything is brand new and spotless. The pool was perfect, they have new bicycles for guests with miles of cycling through vineyards at their back door. The breakfasts are great. Nicola and Francesca are so friendly and helpful. They gave us great ideas for daytrips, printed passes for us to theme parks, gave recommendations for great restaurants in the locality - they really couldn't be more helpful. Affi was the ideal base to retire to in the evenings. Close to all major routes, short trip to Bardolino, Garda, Gardaland etc. We had a ball and quite literally can't wait to go back! Review 31：this is a new b&b near lake garda. very good location in quiet town near highway.easy to go to sirmione, garda lake and towns, gardaland amusement park and continue toward verona and venice. owners were very nice and .friendly. gave us a warm welcome.beautiful room and bathroom, very good breakfast. the hotel looks great - pool and garden. great place to stay.

Breakfast with home-made products.Stayed on a stopover , could park our car in the garage for free, use of wifi free. What a nice change to the many nondescript places one often finds for a stop-over.
