Review 1：The Breakfast was very basic and staff showed lack of interest. Lack oftoiletries on arrival . Check out was terrible as staff took noreference to what was made through your booking system. Credit cardcharged before arrival........then I get told no refund can becompleted.THEN I get told thats the order from the owner.

Review 3：The place was not well maintained and was full of bugs. After the rain the outdoor toilets were practically full of gunk and not usable. One day I woke up with a dead mini cockroach on my bed under my body and two dead red ants. We checked out even though we booked a longer stay.

Review 4：Staff were very helpful and polite. They made the stay much more bearable than it'd have been.

Review 5：Our first villa had a problem with the air con unit not being able to cool. The room badly smelt of heavy cigarettes from the previous occupants, however, the staff suggested a villa change which was beautiful.

Review 6：The villa was fabulous, the view breathtaking. Very spacious.. Excellent value for money. Would definitely go back. Both pools where clean and lovely! Fantastic time to chill out. The food at the restaurant was lovely and cheap. Nothing much else to do in Candidasa other than relax. Great room for young family as it's very spacious with lounge area.

Review 7：Very private in the villas. Staff were very accommodating as was Brad the owner. Brad mingled with everyone and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely going to stay here again

Review 8：The resort seemed to cater to an older Aussie crowd which meant it was nice and relaxing but a bit dull for the kids. A small, dirty beach was disappointing. We also heard from locals who took us on boats snorkelling and to visit the amazing White Sandy Beach by boat, that Brad (resort owner) does not like them soliciting work to customers. He would rather everything went through him. In Bali, an island where the people need all the help they can and are mostly honest, hard-working and kind, we thought this was a shame.

Review 9：Brad, the owner/manager was very helpful and knows EVERYONE in Candi Dasa - including the Dive shops, restaurant owners and even taxi drivers. While the beach front was non existent (concrete barriers), the resort itself was very pleasant and in a good location to explore the east coast of Bali.

Review 10：the hotel is exactly as presented on pictures in the internet, no foto is specially prepared to look bigger or nicer as it is in reallity. You get 100% what you booked. Service ist outstanding and owner Bradley lives on the estate himself and always has contact to his guests. There are so many lovely details in the hotel that even after 3 weeks you always find something you haven't seen before. If You want to go on a tour or book a bike or car, you can do it directly over the hotel, same prices as everywhere in Candidasa (peak season), no higher hotel rates. We checked several places in town. The rooms are very spacy and comfortable. We had Villa 4. the view directly from (all villas) over the ocean , nusa penida in the backround and the sound of the wakes breaking at the riff is so relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and can only highly recommend this Hotel. Thank you Brad + Team

Review 11：Ocean is not so clean here. Snorkelling possibility is Blu Lagoon not so far away though, but to reach one needs to travel there.

Review 12：Restaurant was very comfortable and nice place to stay. Food was also very good, staff was friendly and respectful. We liked the open air shower. We liked very much the garden overall and the palm trees in front of the room. The ocean was very loud at first. After getting used to it we started to like the sound.

Review 15：Unfortunately there's not much to do in candidasa but there's absolutely no reason to venture outside of Bayshore - pure paradise.

Review 16：We stayed in the villas (villa 1) and it was absolute luxury. Pure peace and tranquility. The infectious smile of the staff at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner along was so warming. The fridge was well stocked and not overpriced like some hotels and villas do.

Review 17：Beach was not cleaned and there was a lot of sea refuse (unfortunately common these days). Food was really good but sometimes service was slow and breakfast was ordinary.

If you like to rest on Bali, far from croudet Kuta, Bayshore Villa is the place what you're looking for. Also people are extremely friendly, like nowhere ales in the world, they happy to help you with arranging a Bali tour and water sports. We're missing the place already! Once again thank you for the best Holliday ever :)

Review 24：If I had to have a gripe, it would be the Wi-Fi which seemed to drop out or slow right down from time to time, which I found was always a good time for another Bintang and a swim. Will definitely stay here again.

Review 25：Stayed here for 3 nights from the 18th Sept. We stayed in Villa 1 which was location perfect and a room with approx 70sqm of space, hear and see the ocean from the huge king bed, great bathroom and 2 steps from the door is the infinity pool. Breakfast on the Terrace was excellent although choices are limited. Great value and we will definitely stay here again. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Thanks again.

Review 27：They fumigate, staff is so friendly and helpfull in showing us around with their own driver at very reasonable rates, good breakfast, clean pools, we stayed at villa nr. 2 in a small open court with some other villas which felt very private, we could here the sea and see the stars at night from the gorgeous bathroom with partially open roof. Really beautifull and tastfully decorated, luxury beach/surf feeling in the room. We hope they keep up on delivering this amazing experience, the manager checked on us regularly and the owner introduced himself which made us feel really welcome in this great resort.

Review 58：The rooms are very noisy. We had a very nice stay relaxed at the seauntill a family with little kids moved in. Their shower was next toour bed and it was like they were standing in our room. Wifi is notvery reliable.

Review 63：Loved the way that the hotel was located on the beach and just outside of Candidasa but only five minutes walking away. Flora and fauna were everywhere with turtles,birds,geckos and lizards etc around, loved it.
