Review 1：The room has an excellent view on the lake! It is cleaned everyday and it is very comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. In the breakfast, there are many different choices!

Review 7：We loved this hotel. We had a gorgeous view of the lake from our balcony room. The staff were absolutely wonderful, gave us advice about where to go in the old centre and the best places to eat. I would stay here again.
Review 8：Room was a bit cold during the first night, probably because it was not rented for a number of days. It must be noted that 70% of the residents were above 60 years old (not necessarily a negative point but worth mentioning).

Review 32：We rented two rooms. The step to get out of the shower was too steep for my elderly mother. Generally the step out to get in and out of the shower was too high. This could have been unsafe. Matresses were not that comfortable to sleep on at night, and out of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Greece, the matresses at Kastoria Hotel were the only ones which bothered my back. Freege did not work in one of the rooms.
