Review 1：The hotel is nice, but the services need to improve. The WIFI is not working in room 209, there was no soap in the bathroom, breakfast is nice if you like a salty one, but if you want something sweet there is only one cake. The staff is friendly, but here again there is room for improvement. I was taking a slice of the above mentioned cake and I had to move aside since the lady wanted to put something on the table in that precise moment. Couldn't she wait 10 seconds?

Review 3：If tea kettle or coffee machine was provided in the room or public area, would have been even better. We felt sorry to ask staffs for hot waters many times.

Review 4：Spacious room, spacious bathroom, good bed mattress, blackout curtain, sauna, swimming pool, breakfast with choice from a varied local products and fresh juice from juicer. Location was also good. 10 min walk from local train station and town center with a suitcase. We visited here in beg October - off season, there were only a few guests in this property. We could have relaxed time here, great to enjoy pool and sauna after biking and trekking in beautiful autumn mountains.

Review 6：We had an excelent stay. The room was perfect on the 3rd floor with nice view. It was very clean and enough big.Breakfast and dinner was nice too. Reasonable prices for the extras. Spa facilities also good , clean and free to use. Excellent location for skiing. Only 10 minutes driving from the nearest lifts .Ski bus free with bus stop infront of the hotel.Wifi worked proprertl.Plenty outside parking seats .All the staff was great with the owner making a great job!Great value for money. Definitely recommended to anyone! Thanks again for giving us the best memories!
