Review 1：our toilet didnt flush properly. That can happen but the fact that they never fixed it during our 3 day stay was very bad.

Review 2：The location waa great, with a lovely seaview (although you cant swim in it). Breakfast was aldo quite nice with western and balinese opties. Its also on walking distance from the fun part of the nearby town with a lot of restaurants.

Review 3：Meals were great but everything is taxed at 21% which makes drinks and meals all that more expensive. Property is a time share facility which sees the nice room allocated to the "Members" and the hotel rooms are very small with dated facilities.

Review 4：Food quality was good as was the location, pool was big and deep and the staff friendly.

Review 8：We had a two bedroom Suite . The second room , you had to go thru the bathroom to get to. Property was very uneven with steps and cracks everywhere . Pool was a safety hazard with unmarked steps and few rails to hold onto. Rooms were moldy, musty and with out towels Staff was lacksidasical Breakfast was a joke . Much better at any USA motel Chain No beach . Couldn't stand the place -We left after one night...

Review 12：The hotel wanted to charge 3% on top of the bill when paying with a credit card which I refused. Besides the fact that this is just a "robbery" they should have at least notified their guests upon arrival. Either increase the rate of the rooms or drop this ridiculous charge. After having spend a very nice time at the hotel it gives you an unsatisfied feeling leaving the hotel.

Review 14：The beach in front was not clean although good beaches about half hour drive . I think our room needed to be sprayed as it had a lot of bugs biting. There were no sheets on the bed only a quilt so had to sleep with aircon on and quilt over us to keep the bugs off.

Review 39：This is not a 4 star hotel! Old from the 70s and looking old!!! Smell of food in the room from breakfast and we were not close to the restaurant. Air-co dusty the room had a bad quality air. Noise. TV from the 90s which didn't work and had to be removed. Toilet which will get stuck each time one had "nr. 2." Bathroom dirty, bed dirty (had to ask to change the pillow case) everywhere you see dirt! There are at least 15 people of the staff walking around, put them to work and clean the room, restaurant, etc.!

Review 43：Ants, hundreds of them.. Poor bathroom space, very small area for size of room. Toilet too close to the facing wall and had to squeeze in to use it. Small shower cubicle. No shelving for toilet bags. Very poor quality towels. Paved areas not very well maintained. Bit of a trek to other restaurants around the town, with pavements undergoing renovation, it was extremely dusty.

Review 44：Very competitive room rate and a good place to stay for east Bali. Very easy to hire a car and driver for the day with reasonsble rates for expolting. Room rate included breakfast, but only Indonesian and Continental on offer, other breakfasts available for a fee. We had a one bedroom/living room by the pool, recommended. Lovely swimming pool.

Review 45：The beach in front is not very clean and a small rivulet just next brings in more dirt when it is raining. Could be kept clean with little effort.Though better beaches are not far, and a free shuttle goes to a sister resort with better beach/snorkelling access.

Review 46：The staff were very friendly, efficient, and gave the impression they are happy working for that place. I stayed in a first floor studio which was light, well furnished, modern bathroom, even had a kitchenette; the balcony large overlooking the sea and pool. Nice entertainment, music, dance, though after ten everything is quiet, nothing disturbs you, no street noise or rattling air conditioners. Well managed. Loved it, will definitely return.

Review 47：Resort is getting a bit rundown. Needs a bit of a lift to even compete with other resorts and homestays. In particular, our villa #332 needs a good clean up and a makeover.

Well, it turned out to be a great decision, as the food and service was the best!! We sat outside, right on the ocean edge, and enjoyed the beautiful Bali sunset, and sipped our drinks, whilst waiting for a delicious dinner.There was also happy hour, which was extended for our benefit!

Review 56：The $50 fishing trip that was advertised as trawling for Mahi Mahi turned out to be catching Nemo. Disappointing. The $30 a head special event was poor value. The suckling pig buffet ran out of suckling pig before everyone had eaten. Not all of the staff spoke English.

Review 57：Great pool area close to restaurant and bar. Helpful and friendly staff, especially front desk. Comfortable beds and furniture. Modern styling. Room service was excellent at no extra cost.

Review 58：Loved it all. There was absolutley nothing wrong. Just a bit upset that they didn't refund my ill father's money for acommodation as the other hotel did but it won't stop us going back and recommending it to other travellers.
