Review 1：Shower facility very small, water came out to the floor.Every night very crowdy on the out door pool, difficult to sleep, so we moved to other rooms.

Review 3：The choices of main course at dinner were somewhat limited. It was frustrating to find fellow guests who had booked a special offer with another company paying significantly less, although the price we paid was still very reasonable for the standard offered.

The manager speaks really good English, he's very nice and helpfull. I love that place, I would recomend it for everybody :-)

Review 11：The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast met a variety of foods and all I've tasted were very tasty!

Review 12：A horrible experience. Rooms were too small. Bathroom was not only too small, one person at a time, but old and very uncomfortable. There were millions of mosquitoes. No matter what I did to get them out of the room, my daughter every night would end up with at least 30 new mosquitoes bites. FOOD, Oh my got, was I in Greece or in the Moon where food was transported from the earth: It was oily and tasteless. Milk was not a real milk. There was no iron in the room. My wife had to ask the front desk for it. She said come back after 20 minutes. And when we went back to pick it up she had forgotten all about it and asked us to back again another 20 minutes, and off course we didn't. This is one hotel we will never, never go back.

Review 23：asked for a double bed, got 2 single with a huge gap in between. The room was cluttered with 2 extra beds, whereas at time of booking it said 1 extra bed for a child. The bed was short. For a Beach Resort they are missing enough umbrellas. You must go hunting for a free beach recliner no later than 8 am!!

Review 26：On the breakfast the cakes were really nicely served and made but the actual cake didn't taste good, and the milk was watery. But! There was an infinite number of food coming, both salty and sweet, which was excellent and tasty! I ate until I was full! The WiFi didn't range inside the rooms and the jacuzzi. Only the lobby!

Review 27：One of the best hotels I have ever gone! I don't know where to begin! The staff, the rooms, the facilities, the low prices, the food, the fun! Everything was top notch! Water sports, disco, games, cabaret! I will definetelly go again! I was there 3 days and I needed a minimum of 7 to experience everything!

Review 28：They hadn't checked our reservation. As the hotel was full, they sent us to another hotel (2 star). Whe we refused to stay there, they sent us to another 4 star hotel (Holidays in Evia). Our room there was awful. Very dirty, old, scratches on the doors and on the furniture. We were asked to pay more than what was arranged with our booking, as the reception of the new hotel was not informd by grand bleu about the conditions of our booking. However, after having complained, we were given back the extra money that we paid.

Review 29：Weak breakfast service. Although breakfast is frash and satisfactory, the staff's coordination is not adequate to accommodate the big number of hotel's guests (refill's in time, tables preparation, etc).

Review 57：We had amazing 3-weeks-holiday in Grand Bleu Hotel! Location is perfect - on the beach! :) We loved everything, especially hotel staff - all of them are extremely kind and nice people! Great water sports station with professional wakeboard and water-ski lessons and also a lot of water fun equipment, where we spent really great and fun time!!! We definitely would love to stay there next summer! :)

Review 58：The sport facilities are not well maintained The entertainment team work only between 10 - 12 and 15 -17, so you cannot borrow or return a ball at any other times, which is ridiculous hotel food is so-so, dinner looked unappetizing so we did not eat. TV in the old family rooms is from middle-ages..

Review 62：We booked a room with view to the sea, and we even paid more to have it, and when we just reached the hotel, the first thing I asked in the reception was: will we have the room with the view to the sea? And they said: of course! Then when we were in the room and I went outside to the balcony, I only saw trees and a little part of the sea... My boyfriend went directly to talked to the man in reception about the issue, and he said he could no nothing, but my boyfriend insisted, so he could talk to the manager of the hotel, and she gave us another room, which had better view than the other, but still, it wasn't the view to the sea we paid for. And as others said in the reviews, outside of the hotel there was a bad smell like it came from the toilets, I don't know! We went out side to the balcony at night, and we couldn't stay a minute out because of the smell. And another thing, the pool area is very nice, but it's a shame that closes at 11, very early for us.

Review 63：It was generally very good, the location was great, we walked along the coast from the hotel to the center in few minutes, and it was at the same time very romantic and relaxing walk. By the reviews we read, we thought the breakfast would be very poor, as some others described it, but it was really good, we were more than full for several hours.

Review 64：Had to move from first room because of bad smell permeating from the upstairs bathroom drainage vents. Buffet limited choice but value for money with unlimited wine included! Nearest supermarket and other restaurants and bars etc.. approx. 20 min walk towards the ferry terminal.

Review 67：Not much, I think the whole resort concept is suffering from lack of focus, management and service. The reason for this may the all inclusive tourist groups that have been coming for years. The facilities are more or less worn out. Example: how is it possible that the surfaces of minigolf round are made of uneven concrete !!!!!!!!! And nobody, at least for the last 3 years, has not maintained it. The hotel was a grand example of hotel business where service is tired , facilities are worn out and tourists still are keeping coming because of efficient marketing of the tour arranger. Pity, because the location of the hotel is excellent and would provide so much more if properly done.

Review 68：We stayed in one of their maisonettes. 2 beds and bath downstairs and 3 beds and shower upstairs. Airconditioning units 2. TVs 2. Small fridge downstairs. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. Buffet breakfast was sufficient but mostly cold fruit, cakes and yoghurt. We had lunch by the sea everyday. The food was good and prices reasonable

Review 71：I loved that gb is right on the clean beach and warm sea. Staff arefreindly and helpful. The buffet is fantastic and great value for money.Tehre is no shortage of sunbeds and plenty of activities should you wishto join on a simply play a board game. A big plus for us is that it isanimal friendly. There are a number of cats and dogs that are likemascots of the place and they blend in with the huge grounds in theoutside environment and are loved by the visitors. This is such arefreshing attitude to other hotels in Greece where you sometimes getthe feeling thy poison local animals.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There's many activities at the hotel, but we went there for our weekend break.

Review 75：The room was extremely cold, the central heating system was not workingand even though we used an extra blanket it was still cold (it was veryearly in the season,it will probably get better when it is warmeroutside). The room as well as the furniture in the room felt cheap andmade in wood class and not 3-star hotel, same with the cleaning. Thelocation is quite isolated (2 km from nearest village) which forceguests to eat there (10€/person/meal), too bad the lunch and dinnerbuffets were not that good. The hotel is meant to be an all inclusivehotel with specialty on French guests - not that suitable for a youngEnglish-speaking couple that would like to have more options. On theother hand there seem to be a lot of activities later in the season.

Review 76：The price in relation to service was good, at the time 36€. The hotelhad a big launch with nice sofas where you could connect to internet asit is not available in the rooms. The breakfast was nice and had a lotof options, especially when it came to sweets. The staff changed ourroom quickly on our request when we at arrival got something that weremore like twin beds then a double bed.
