Review 2：Beautiful seaside location, up to the moment modern design and decore. Very comfortable and inviting in all ways, and greeted with a smile by staff at all times. Could not have wished for more, this stay proved to be very good value, and lived up to it's rateing.
Review 3：In the main city (so all facilities close by) but still in a quiet area on the beach front. Clean, big, with great staff.. Would go back there hands down!

Review 5：The cleanliness was definitely a noticeable positive. Prime location on the esplanade with a waterfront view (we stayed in room 442 - top level facing the water). Facilities such as bath, TV with DVD and HDMI connection, kitchenette and balcony were great!
Review 6：Booking was not in system when I checked in. Gave me a replacement room in the old building. Acceptable but not what sold me in the first place. Carol, the manager, personally came to see me and explain the situation and generously offered a complimentary night stay.

Review 35：As we are travelling with two kids, they tend to be slow in waking up and using the bath, at the day of checking out the reception called our room at around 1010am reminding us the check out time of 10am, we requested for another 20mins cos our kids still using the bath and etc, to our surprise the reception deny our request and we're given 5 mins otherwise it'll be charged, I've been staying in hotel all over the world and this sound really awkward and and very harsh to family traveller, occupancy rate of the hotel at that time maybe is around 20% only,
