Review 1：The only negative thing might be for people without a car - location has no pedestrian-only roads - and walking in total darkness in roads where cars drive feels a bit insecure. We had a car so had no problems.
Review 2：Best thing was the view, every morning and every evening it is nice calm view of the sea and mountains can hear the waves. Rooms clean and had all we needed, friendly people and nice location.
Review 3：Of course it being a bit further from Plakias you either have to walk for shopping, eating and/or have a car - just to keep in mind.
Review 4：Perfect place if you want to have a quiet and pleasant vacation. A perfect runaway from a busy working life! You feel being a part of the Arabatzis' family.

Maria and Theodoros are very kind hosts, who always are helpful and ready to suggest good places to see and roads to drive. They keep Creta Spirit in a very good shape - it is clean and cosy and we felt at home right away. We would like very much to come back!
Review 7：Nothing, except that wifi could be better. But with such scenery and so much to do, we didn't have time for the Internet. So it wasn't a big deal. Improvement of wifi would help people to look for travel information, though.
Review 8：Everything! We had an amazing balcony, huge, with a paranoiac sea view, with dreamy dark blue water. In the night, we enjoyed amazing Milky Way on the balcony and the sky full of stars. It was so romantic that it didn't feel real. We felt sleep with the stars and the sound of the ocean, and woke up with sunrise. Having breakfast and dinner on the balcony was one of the best and sweetest memories from Crete.The owners of the hotel, Maria and Theo are so hospitable and kind. They made us feel at home. One piece of our luggages was delayed by the airline. Maria and Theo took over the trouble and kept contacting the airport and made sure we finally got the luggage. They did that without our asking, but a loving heart. They greeted us warmly and chatted with us every time we saw them. I wish we could have spent more time getting to know them. When we left early in the morning, Maria was waving at us from her room. It made us sad to leave.The apartment has everything one needs. The bed is big and comfortable, with firm mattress we love. The kitchen and the bathroom are convenient. The entire apartment is very cozy, clean, and spacious. Air conditioning shuts off automatically if the door of the balcony is open. TV has German and Greek channels. But we were too busy enjoying the scenery and had no time for TV. Maria showed us the apartment, introducing us to every detail.The location is very close to the cozy village Plakiás, where we found everything we needed, such as grocery stores, restaurants, store that sells clothing and things one needs for beach. Souda Bay and Plakias beach are close by the apartments. The village of Plakiás has quite some night life, and the stores are open until 10 pm. But the location of the apartments, although so close by, is very quite and peaceful.Creta Spirit is also a base for exploration of the southern parts of Crete, including Peveli Beach and monastery, Rethymnon.
Review 9：We found that balcony has a lot of free space and there could be also sunbeds. I hope the owners will read this and place sunbeds to enjoy the sun or stars at night) Also I'm a huge fan of swimming pools and there is no one. I think there are a lot of space to build one in front of. (I like swim in sea and arter that go to swimming pool to)
Review 10：I liked everything there: room, seaview, services, etc. It's a little bit far from civilization (shops, crowdy beaches, restaurants...) so you'd better have a car. Especially to see the countryside and visit a lot of beautiful places on Crete.

Review 12：This villa was immaculate, well-located and Maria and Theodore were wonderful hosts. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Review 13：The matras was a bit on the hard side but that is maybe only because we both have sensitive backs. Comfortable relax chairs on the beautiful large terrace would be a plus.
Review 14：Wonderfull location, suberb views and Maria and Theo are extremely friendly hosts. Spotless and finished to perfection. Very quiet and still close to restaurants and shops. We had breakfast with the hosts only once but it was perfect. We will certainly come back.
Review 15：The only thing we couldn't appreciate was the difficulty to sleep due to the strong wind on the main door generating a big noise and the air conditioning not at best.
Review 16：The position is wonderful with a terrific see view. We could enjoy the most beautiful panorama we've ever seen. The owners are also very kind and prompt for any need you may have. All for a very good price!

Review 18：We loved it. Theo and Maria were like family. we loved everything! our room was cleaned every day, clean towels, fresh bed linen. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The beach cove just down the steps was amazing, very secluded. Theo and Maria would help with anything, hiring a car, cooking breakfasts and helping us have a stress free honeymoon. We will be going back as it was perfect.

Review 26：Everything! Beautiful, serene place, one of the only ones in Plakias that is situated right above the sea and below the road, affording an unobstructed view of the sea and mountains. There are two small coves in walking distance for swimming and sunbathing. A bit outside the town so quiet and peaceful. The building itself is a classic, clean Mediterranean style with lovely decor and a nice cafe. overlooking Best of all are the family who own and run Creta Spirit - Maria, Theo and their son. Maria went way out of her way to answer questions and help me. Wonderful experience!

Review 28：The location, the view of the Libyan Sea right outside our door, the little cove that was only a few steps away, the size of the apartment - it was huge & incredibly clean. But most importantly, the owners - Maria and Theo -they were wonderful. Theo greeted us with a warm welcome & Maria's attention to detail was impressive. They both made us feel so welcomed, always had time for a chat & attended to all our needs. A remarkable find on Crete. I've stayed in Plakias on a number of occasions and Creta Spirit has to be the best so far & will be the only place we will stay when visiting Plakias.
