Review 4：Close to the park (I like jogging), close to the airport. Supermarket, nice bar and few different restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Wi-Fi available in the rooms.

More over the hotel is under the reconstruction, so there is mess and noice, the breakfast was also very poor, only white bread, one choice of chease, no vegetable, no fruits, no butter only margarine...
Review 12：The female (young woman) receptionist was the only great thing about the hotel - very well educated and informing in a very punctual way, the male who replaced her for the night shift was vice versa - almost no English, I think he was smashed...

I was itching all night. the shower head was broken. the door to the side of my room, in the corridor outside was left open, it was a wall to wall window, anyone could have fallen from there. the breakfast was very basic. I couldn't wait to leave . It was also very noisy. No soundproofing.

Review 30：Very understanding and friendly staff offering their help. Nice location close to the EU and NATO institutions in a quite area where one can have a good rest. In the vicinity there is a row of cafees and a Carrefour supermarket. The rooms are clean and tidy. The beds and the comforts are alright and well combined with the competitive prices for the accommodation. The breakfast is basic but well served which is proportionate to the price one pays off. The provision of the WiFi Internet is free and adequate so it is possible to get connected with the world.

I tried in Evergreen hotel departure day to book in next hotel in Germany using again booking.com but it didn't work without password in Booking.com. I tried my mailbox too but it was impossible to log inn. All was ok again when I came at home

Review 48：It takes a while to get used to the strong smell of the carpet that covers corridors, stairs and rooms. A blanket in my bed was stained and they wouldn´t replace it when requested. All in all, minor questions.
Review 49：I liked the direct bus connections from the airport (buses 12 or 21) and to the town centre (12,21,79,80) which are very convenient and serve Schuman metro station. The room had space and was cozy, the bathroom was ok and the free internet worked well. Breakfast was fair for a budget hotel and free. Quite and safe neighbourhood. I would stay there again.
Review 50：The window in my room didn't close well. It should be repaired. The smoking odour in the room. Quite noisy area (airplanes flying over Brussels). The noise does stop after 11 p.m.

Review 54：The beds were comfortable. The pillows were too hard and high and we couldnt sleep properly. If you come in a summer then this spot can be avoided. There is no AC in the room and you are sure to get all sweaty. The hotel is also located towards the road so if you get a room facing the road then you will surely loose sleep because of the noise.
Review 55：Location. It is slightly away from the actual heart of the city but if you know the bus routes well it is very convenient.
Review 56：No elevator. We had to carry all our luggage (like 4 suitcases + stroller) upstairs. The door in the bathroom cannot be closed completely. The breakfast is in the restaurant downstairs. Its only bakery. Few pieces of ham and few (like 3) pieces of yellow chease. No eggs or sausages. There was a woman sitting nearby that was responsible to fill up the plates. She was staring at us, perhaps counting in her mind how much we eat and drink.

Review 71：Lighting was very poor. The low wattage ceiling lights did not provide adequate light to do any reading. There was one desk lamp available - the other did not have a bulb in it. The tub/shower was somewhat awkward to get in and out of with the shower curtains that were rigged up due to the slanted ceiling. The green flooring was in poor condition and some walls had been patched up, but not painted. The decor was not very attractive with the dark red wallpaper.
Review 72：The room was quite large so plenty of space for four people. There was also a mini-frig which we appreciated. Breakfast was included and free Wi-Fi in the room which was helpful. It was good to be able to open the windows to let fresh air in.
