Review 2：The hotel was amazing. We couldn't have found anywhere better. The staff were friendly and were amazing! They gave us an extra free breakfast on arrival, and even let us stay in our room an extra 12 hours with no charge. It was brilliant.

The barand the pool area were great and the swimming pool was perfect. Review 9：I try to recall things I didn't like...but I cannot...maybe the fact that the beach is not near the hotel and you have to walk about a quarter was sth I didn't like...but even you don't go to the beach you can enjoy your time at the perfect pool area.

Review 10：The location is perfect at the center of Malia, the staff is very polite and helpful and the hotel is extremely clean. The breakfast was very rich having a large variety of fresh vegetables and fresh baked food. Pool area was terrific. The pool was very clean and the bar was offering a variety of snacks that were always fresh and very well cooked. This hotel is much better compared to other 3* and 4* hotels, and I highly recommend it!

Review 12：Poor service, aircon barely working and general feeling in the hotel that they don't really want you there.. The only good thing was the location if your 18 year old.

Review 14：2 inch Cockroach on wall No shower cubicle so water went everywhere No ventilation in room just a big patio which meant lots of mosquito bites. No guests were allowed what so ever. Breakfast was open 7-10 sharp so even if your 1 minute late no breakfast. Linen was never changed in our stay. Mini fridge would switch off everytime we left room so food and drinks went warm. Also a/c cost €10 p/night Beds were like wooden benches No TV Rooms were cramped. Wouldn't stay here again no way
