Review 2：Argie and George are lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. The whole place is very clean and well kept. It lives up to it's name because the view from our balcony was even better than the pictures.

Review 4：The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The Vistas from the rooms and pool area are stunning. Breakfasts were varied, always tasty and served with a smile! The room was spotless and serviced regularly. Plenty of excellent tavernas in easy reach, and only five minutes to a fabulous beach. Buses into town or towards Koukonaris regularly from the nearby stop 15. Recommend bus to Koukonaris then water bus to Skiathos Town (bus 1.6Euro and 5 Euro on the boat)

Review 6：From the point of arrival to leaving everything was excellent , the owners were so friendly to make your stay most enjoyable. The location was ideal with a choice of beaches very close and a great selection of tavernas restaurants
Review 7：Steep climb up to the apartment wasn't ideal in the heat but has to be expected for the amazing views. Local bus service got packed at peak times and sometimes drove past so plan ahead if you need to catch a boat or something like that.

Review 9：Kolios View has the best view on a Greek island....sea & green hills dotted with properties, but in no way overbuilt or spoilt.....gorgeous. The couple who run it in a family team, welcome guests with real warmth , unstinting helpfulness. The studios are airy , comfortable and spotless..... Breakfast was different, (& delicious,) daily. Two gorgeous beaches within ten minutes walk, supermarkets & great restaurants ditto. Perfect place for a really relaxing re-energising break, or a very good family holiday

Review 42：We liked everything at Kolios View. Argi and George, the owners, were extremely friendly and helpful as were the cleaners too. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always more than willing to suggest places to visit, etc. The towels were changed every two days and the bedding every four and the rooms were given a good clean each time. The high cleaning standards of the accommodation were reflected in the use of both mattress and pillow protectors which added to the comfort of the room. Hot water was available at all times and breakfast was both substantial and enjoyable especially when Argi made freshly baked savoury or sweet pastries. Sitting by the lovely large swimming pool with views towards the sea was an added bonus when eating breakfast and was definitely not to be missed. The location of the property is excellent with several little shops selling all the essentials very close by along with a good choice of places to eat and drink. Within just a few minutes walk are a number of lovely beaches and Bus Stop Number 15 for catching the frequent bus into either Skiathos town (1.60 Euros) or to the bigger and busier beaches in the opposite direction. Kolios View will certainly be our choice of accommodation next time we visit Skiathos as it was so relaxing and has outstanding views too.
Review 43：Most TV channels were in Greek,only CNN and a wierd 'fat camp' channel were in English.Normally wouldn't be bothered with TV but had a couple of rainy days,so night in with a movie would have been a nice option.

Stunning views over the bay at Kolios.Several nice places to eat within 5-10 mins walk(Infinity Blue,Green Park and Jimmy's-each quite different but all worth trying).The bus stop is few minutes walk and an excellent bus services runs from Skiathos Town all the way to Koukounaries beach. Excellent value with price including wifi,air con, breakfast and balconies with amazing views . The hosts were so warm and welcoming and gave good tips on where to eat,beaches etc.Loved it!

Review 46：It is indeed situated on a hill (the view of the sea is marvelous, but you have to remember you have to climb that hill several times a day) The rooms are big, clean, they clean that room every 2-3 days and change the sheets. The pool is also impressive, especially the view of the sea. The hosts are very friendly and very helpful
Review 47：Room was old and we got an impression that everything was done with minimum budget to maximize the profit. The equipped kitchen had one fork and no tools or even a towel for doing the dishes. The pool was about 150m away from the room downhill. Breakfast was one toast, boiled egg and a cup off coffee. We chose the hotel because it had a pool and breakfast, and we didn't use neither. With that amount of money we could have found a lot better place to stay.

Review 57：We upgraded to sea view. It's an amazing view. nice, quite and romantic place. The staff are very friendly. very nice beaches around within 5 minutes walking distance. We will definitely be back again. The hotel located on a nice hill, 15 minutes drive from the city center and only 7 minutes drive from Kokonarias beach.
Review 58：Kolios View is a beautiful hotel few kilometers from Skiathos Town. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the room we got was clean and well-equipped (kitchenette, fridge, etc.). The view from the balcony was just beautiful. The hotel is located at the top of a hill and there are some stairs in the hotel area, which may be challenging for persons with mobility issues. On the other hand, there are hills everywhere in Skiathos Island. If you are want to see Skiathos island outside Skiathos Town, Kolios View is an excellent choice for accomodation.

Superb sea views and accommodation very clean with new appliances inc. fridge, kettle and hairdryer plus air con included in the price. Excellent pool area and friendly staff.
Review 61：Excellent view to the sea, great location, quiet, clean with a very nice swimming pool. The rooms were big and better than we expected by having seen the photos. The owners are very polite and helpful. The room was cleaned every two days which was not at all a problem for us. Breakfast is not bouffet, but more than enough for one person and was served by the pool. We definitely recommend Kolios View to couples of every age and families.

Review 64：From the moment we arrived, Argi and George made us feel very welcome. How lovely to be greeted by friendly faces. George is the expert on Skiathos and Argi is a Canadian Greek pastry chef, so not only speaks perfect English, but is a producer of tasty cakes. The apartment design is typical Greek self catering, twin beds, wardrobe, small kitchen area, shower room. Balcony with lovely views over the pool and Kolios Bay. Breakfast was toast, croissant, cheese, ham, jam, cake, eggs, fruit, juice and coffee! The elevated position does mean a walk up the hill, but the views are worth it.
