Review 1：booking.com has a different rate for the 1st night. The 2nd night is more expensive, difficult to admit this behavior. Any valid explanation if existing...I doubt fo that. Next time I will book night by night!!!!

Review 3：our journey to Kendari was very long and tiring and a we wanted on arrival was a hot meal at the restaurant. We ordered and my partner's meal came quickly while I ended up waiting for nearly an hour. The meal was inedible. Thankfull the manager came to apologise and offered to deduct the cost from our bill. I was somewhat mollified but still hungry.

Review 26：Did not meet any expectations of a 4 star hotel. In general the staffwere self focused and did not have a sufficient level of customerorientation. Staff not well trained and were more involved withthemselves than the customers. The restaurant during breakfast wasunderstaffed and food was cold. Saw cold meats that were spoiled but outfor patrons to eat. Charged my credit card for the entire stay only 3days into a 8 day stay.
