Review 1：Bathroom could be cleaner, same applies to the cleanness of the beach. Drinks are prohibitely expensive. We would eat more often in the hotel restaurant if drinks alone would not cost as much as a whole dinner outside hotel.

Review 2：Comfortable and relaxing place in a beautiful scenery. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean swimming pool and nicely maintained lawn. We also liked the food in the restaurant. We stayed longer than originally planned.

Review 3：Limited food menu, it would be nice to have more healthy options, fresh vegetables and fresh juices on menu. lack of information in lobby, on area and activities.

Review 4：We loved our stay in new Ocean Villa, with our own swimming pool! Size, design and overall ambiance of this villa is 5*. Loved the airy and huge bathroom and extra closet room. Got spoiled with extra small touches for guests in villa: kimono to wear, fresh fruit, chocolates at turn down service... Location is quiet, which is why we selected this resort. Gardens and beach area are very luxurious and relaxing. Breakfast gives nice selection of fruit, western cold and hot as well as hot asian dishes. Lunch is very limited, but for few days it is not a problem. Rooms service was prompt. We will come back soon, hope you will match your sister's resort Maya facilities by then!

Review 5：The small bottled water in the room was expensive $4.00. A 1.5L bottle at reception was $1.00. The garden could have had more flowers and be better tended.

Review 6：Proximity to the beach and great snorkeling. The breakfasts were great and so were the restaurant meals. The Staff were very friendly.

Review 7：Dinner was not as good as breakfast/lunch. Recommend heading into Candidasa for dinner. There was a child in a diaper in the pool one day--that should not have been allowed. Linens need updating.

Review 8：Nice room with view of the pool ... excellent breakfast and lunch, good variety of options, awesome cappuccino. Nice massage on the beach. Pool had a nice view of the sea. Dive shop is not open yet (waiting on permit) but they arranged with another company which worked well.

Review 9：Regarding the price of EUR 135 (Bali) the service was poor. Towels swimming pool restricted to 1 pp per day, green tea for breakfast is extra charge. Staff not very interested. Almost taking the tip for luggage out of your pocket.

Review 11：- Stupidly overpriced Spa, drinks and restaurant. Average of 2 to 3 times more expensive than the best Spa, bars and restaurants you find in Candidasa. And there are really some good ones! - Don't go to the front pier : full of wasps! - Rooms are small and quite basic. - WIFI never works. - Insufficient shuttle service to town.

Review 15：It would be helpful if someone at the resort was well informed about local attractions, cultural experiences and activities and possibly the resort could have suggested optional activities displayed daily... some people enjoy being active on vacation. It would improve the experience for tourists if the ocean and beaches were cleaner.

Review 18：Very well maintained garden with strategically placed cottages to maximise privacy. Located directly at the beach (which is kept clean by hotel staff) sea with several patches of coral. Very friendly yet reserved staff.

Review 19：It feels a bit removed from the rest of Bali--isolated. Nothing seems to be happening here..even the beautiful beach is empty. The girl at the desk arranged a fast boat for us to take to Gili T with Wahana, and when we arrived they put us on another boat eka--which was fast but really over loaded itself with passengers before we could depart--people were sitting in the aisles.

Review 20：We stayed in the Villa and it was great. Nice pool and very relaxing. It's very peaceful. Never ate supper at the resort. Breakfast was good, but they didn't have good coffee. We had an excellent arrival- lots of people to help us unload our gear and fuss over us, welcome drinks, towels, snacks etc..Beautiful view from the big pool.

Review 26：Quiet location within a lovely hotel. Staff were great and pool areas spotless. A few great restaurants within walking distance - 1 to 3 mins and also many great bars and restaurants in the main area of Candidasa $2 taxi ride away, or book the restaurant and they pick you up and drop you back. The restaurants in hotel are top notch. The breakfast is good with all the normal options. Great location overlooking the beach. The cottage we had was good, but did have a connecting door, however the connecting room only had a visitor one night. Not a lot of sound proofing - but not a probelm for one night. The airport is 1.5 hrs away but only cost $35 in a taxi. The difference between here and the "normal" Bali is huge. Great for honeymooners, folks with very young kids, groups and mature travellers

Review 52：The location is quite far from the city capital. Better to rent private car to go anywhere, otherwise it would be difficult. The place is more into honeymoon purpose or the ones who search for tranquility. Otherwise you'll get bored soon.

Staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive, the massages were very professional and great value - try to negotiate if you want more than a few. We rearranged our itinery to stay longer. Do not come here to shop very limited stores which was a great relief after noisy Seminyak. Great Value!! I would holiday here again without hesitation.

Review 66：My daughter and grandson were bitten by bedbugs in their room . The staff sprayed the bed however this made no difference Only after a heated conversation they were moved to a better room. Guess what no more bites.

No atm at the resort and a 2km walk or taxi ride to get money, but you could put it on your room and pay at the end of your stay but could easily clock up a large bill. Not alot around in terms of night life and about a 2hr taxi ride from kuta.

Review 79：constructions all around - construction noise everywhere.. As a compensation there was free buffet dinner - very kind indeed. You need to take a shuttle (free twice a day) or taxi if you want to go to Candidasa (small village, just a few shops and restourants). There is nothing more around. Massage in the hotel costs 2 times then in the village and 3 times then in, for example, Sanur.

Review 80：Very nice green territory, right on the beach. Be aware of the strong current when snorkling! Nice cottages, although the "standalone cottage" is actually 4 "cottages" in 1 "box", i.e. every of the 4 walls has a door, so you have 3 neighbours. You don't see them - it is really a lot of greenery around, but can hear somethimes. Reach breakfast. Free shuttle to the village twice a day. Daily special events (fruits testing, cocktails, etc.). Good "easy" diving on Liberty wreck 1 hr drive away.

Review 81：Beach and water are not very clean. However, you can go on a boatand out into the sea for clean water, good snorkeling and otherwater sports.
