Review 1：Access through a back street and no view from balcony. Cleaner always left balcony door wide open all day, even if we were not present. Owner only spoke when it came to paying him.

Review 4：This is a very nice house with lovely staff - Costas and Chrysoula are very friendly people and they try to find a solution for each request. It´s a nice atmosphere in the house and it lies close to the beach and bars and restaurants.

Review 8：Beds are very hard, our two bedrooms were separated by a sliding door which bangs when it is windy which it often is in Plakias. But would still stay here again as we love the people
Review 9：This is our second stay at Costa Chrysalous. Small family run hotel, superb location near to all amenities, 2 minutes to beach and tavernas. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Many thanks to Chrysalous and Angelos for making our days and nights so pleasurable.

Review 14：We have spend five nights at Cosmos. It was a very nice place to stay, with clean and nice apartments. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a lot of different things and a very service minded staff. It's def. a place we will recommend.

Review 33：Difficult to find, we had to ask directions 3 times because of the lackof signs. The beds weren't very comfortable (hard). There was a lotof noise during the night because of a nearby cafe (we stayed in Uranusapartments which is a 100 mtrs. From the Costas & Chrysoula mainsite on a side street). The apartment was sparsely furnished, forexample there was no drying rack for your beachwear or towels, just apiece of string. The shower head kept falling off, under the bathroommirror the shelf was missing, there were no curtains in the bedroom, thefront door was missing a door stopper, the bottle rack in the fridge wasbroken. You have to climb a long staircase in order to get to theapartment but we couldn't get the exterior lights to work so it waspitchdark and we used our phones as torches. Cleaning wasn'tterrific either, we stayed from 1st of May till the 8th and wereprobably the first occupants for a long time, there was a thin layer ofdust everywhere, some blankets were dirty and some sheets werethreadbare. You get what you pay for I guess, but most if not all of theabove should have been in order before the start of the season.
Review 34：Delicious and elaborate breakfast, small but adequate pool, size of thefamily apartment which was large. Owners very friendly when spoken to.For a budget family holiday it was absolutely value for money. A bitmore effort and attention to detail would make a huge difference.
