Review 1：I don't think I saw any staff member smile, service was slow when you got it. 3 rooms we had were not clean, as I picked and booked the hotel I felt so bad I paid for all rooms myself. Never again and don't recommend this place.

Review 4：This is a really classy place. The common areas are beautiful and inviting. The staff was limited due to it being low season. But very helpful. We were served a wonderful custom breakfasr.

Review 7：Having regard to the name containing the word Palace its deluxe rooms are very small. I called them cells. After complaining I was shown what they called junior suits. One was a normal room and the other I could call it a mini junior suite. I chose the latter and afterwards they informed me that it will be no further charge.

Like to thank a staff of the name of Gogo she was very professional at her job and made me feel very welcomed. I would stay there there again.

Meals at the hotel are a bit expensive and the cooking tries to be fusion/sophisticated; Guys - keep it simple and the results will be great!!! The greatness of Greek cuisine is due to it's simplicity... Ahh - I would take out those horrible cow-skin carpets.
