Review 1：The beds were lumpy and hard and we both struggled to sleep well.
Review 2：Run by a lovely family the apartments are a good size and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent value. Pools a nice size with plenty of beds and space.

Review 4：Phantastic atmosphere, like everywhere in Greece. The owners of the hotel are very nice and friendly people. A nice sandy beach in about 5-8 min walking. A good cuisine in the tabern of the hotel and many other good taverns nearby. In a few words - the perfect place for free minded people which do not like big luxurious hotels with all inclusive.

Review 6：Super friendly and accommodating hosts! The entire family (kids included) pitched in to ensure everything was taken care of. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach and a couple of minutes to the bus stop but far enough from the main road to be peacefully quiet. Definitely recommend an evening meal in the taverna. Great value and delicious home-style Greek cooking - we loved the slow cooked lamb!

Review 19：The family run accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent. Kolios beach, 10 minutes walk away, is one of the best kept secrets in the Aegean.
Review 20：We found the breakfast disappointing. Fresh crusty rolls and fruit would have made all the difference. Also only one machine for making toast and toasted sandwiches so plain toast tasted of cheese.

Review 22：We liked everything about the hotel but I shall start with the hosts (Christos, Soula and their family) who are such wonderful people, so kind and friendly, doing everything to make their guests feel most comfortable. We'd never received such a special attitude anywhere else before! The hotel itself has a perfect location - in a quiet place and there are two very nice beaches within a short walking distance. The room was spacious and had a wonderful view to the green hills. Everything was perfectly clean. The swimming pool is also big enough and very clean. Wi-fi was available everywhere incl. in the rooms. Breakfast was very good and as for dinners, there is a nice family restaurant to the hotel where one can enjoy delicious Greek food :)
Review 23：The moment we arrived Christos was there to greet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious, air conditioned, had the essential kitchen utensils should you wish to prepare a basic meal using the 1 & ½ electric hob and a true reflection of the images posted on the website. The rooms were clean with waste emptied daily and linen changed on a regular basis. The hotel is in a peaceful location looking out over a valley to the hills. The pool is approx 10m x 5m varying in depth from 1-1.8m and a smaller children's pool 0.5m deep, again with views over the valley. Breakfast served between 9 & 10am was wonderful with a warm greeting from Christos and consisted of tea or coffee, cereal, Greek yoghurt with honey, boiled or sometimes fried eggs, ham, cheese, toast and marmalade. The taverna is open from 7pm onwards and serves a range of dishes with Christos and Soula always being the perfect hosts making everyone feel genuinely welcome. As for the lane to the main road it is like many side roads in the Greek isles. One could describe it as roughly laid being of concrete construction with the aggregate forming a knobbly surface; it is only a 5min walk to bus stop 15 at the end of the lane. Review 24：Chris and soula our hosts very warm welcome, lovely place to stay private swimming pool fully equipped with sun lounges and shaded umbrellas taverna lovely food, cleaners came in while out to clean rooms and 30 yards across from the lovely apartments was a small super market with everything you need and Nina who serves is brilliant,bus location great to visit skiathos town and many beaches.
Review 25：The only down side was that there were two single beds pushed together rather than a double but this is the only thing I can think of on what was otherwise an excellent visit to a fantastic resort.
Review 26：The hosts at Skiathos Diamond went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They were accommodating and very friendly and even invited us to a family party that was great fun. The apartment was well equipped and very clean as was the pool area. I will definitely be staying there again and will be advising my friends and family to do the same.

There is a supermarket across the road from the main entrance, and busses run frequently to either the town or the nature reserve and large beach.

Even though we arrive at the location much earlier than the official booking time they were willing to accommodate us still (depending on availability of course). The double room is nice and quite spacious (for a double room) with a small living room,kitchen and a nice terrace.
Review 36：It was a wonderfull holliday, the room was big and confortable with a/c and a kitchen. It was cleaned daily with new towels and clean bed sheets. The pool was kept verry clean. If you want a place to rest and to enjoy the island, Skiathos Diamond is the best choice. We would like to thank Christos&Seula for our wonderfull vacantion, and we can't wait to see them again next year.
Review 37：The place is immaculate and well looked after. The rooms are much less basic than normal accommodation in Greece. The on site taverna is good quality and well priced. The owners are lovely people and will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. I would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay.

Review 67：Really lovely holiday. The owners were exceptionally helpful, on site most of the day but not intrusive at all. Our apartment was cleaned daily and we were supplied with regular fresh linen and towels. Air conditioning was included in the price. The swimming pool was a good size, clean and well maintained. Dinner in the evening (extra) was home cooked, delicious and very good value. The location was quiet with only 5 mins walk to local beach or bus serving several beaches and Skiathos port.

The sea is beautiful & the beach taverna's served delicious food. The Skiathos Diamond apartments were perfect with double aspect balconies, front & back, the pool area lovely & the taverna just so welcoming with home cooked food at very reasonable prices. The owners made you feel like they had always known you & nothing was a bother to them. There is a supermarket 1 minute walk from apartments for convenience too! We would have no reservations about recommending it to anyone.

Review 76：A lovely spacious studio apartment set against a back drop of olive and pine tree clad mountains. Very peaceful yet only a 5 minute walk from the main road and bus stop providing access to all areas of Skiathos. Only a 10 minute walk from a pretty shingle beach with clear blue water and a taverna and sun beds.
Review 77：The location is a little far from everything and Kolios itself has nothing else to offer but a beach, couple of restaurants and a supermarket, but it's ok if you like a peaceful place. The village of Agia Paraskevi is near Kolios (ca.1km) and there are more restaurants and a bigger supermarket.
Review 78：Very nice and clean hotel. Beautiful, quiet location. The owners Christos and Soula were very friendly and kind people. The breakfast was ok; toast, eggs, greek yoghurt, cereals, orange juice, coffee, tea. The hotel restaurant was open after 7 pm and offered delicious greek meals for a good budget.Children loved the pool area and there were enough sunbeds and it was never crowded. There is also a supermarket about 20 meters from the hotel.
Review 79：The only very, very minor gripe is the breakfast, which is absolutely adequate but quite basic. We were a bit surprised that there was only full fat milk and butter available and that there was no fruit , yoghurt or any choice of cereal apart from cornflakes.This was not a major problem as we added the things we needed, such as semi skimmed milk from the supermarket across the road.
Review 80：Friendly, relaxed, family run hotel. Owners are hands on and extremely keen to extend a warm welcome to guests and to go the extra mile to make all guests feel special. Hotel is set in beautiful gardens with an excellent pool area. There is a supermarket immediately opposite and the hotel runs a separate Taverna which has a good reputation, is always busy in the evening, and provides an excellent , well priced and tasty menu.Service in the Taverna is attentive, friendly and relaxed. The apartment itself was spotless, extremely spacious and came with free air conditioning. Also had 2 outside seating areas, a balcony at the rear, overlooking the pine forest and pool, and a patio at the front which is cooler in the morning. An excellent, well run hotel which we would highly recommend. The location is quiet , but within easy walking distance of a lovely beach and several other tavernas , all of which were excellent. The main road to everywhere you need in Skiathos is 5 minutes walk down the hill. We were pleasantly surprised at how close and accessible all the other resorts and the main Skiathos Town were and the excellent and frequent bus service , although this is crowded at busy times. The local beach is lovely, but for a bit more buzz, watersports etc., Koukanaris beach is really easy to get to on the main bus route. The bus goes all the way to the beach car park and back along the main road, every 12 minutes, all day and late into the evening. Highly recommend this hotel,its location and the lovely family who run it.

They have the right equation, warmth, smile, committment, helpfullness and most of all they are human beings who anyone rarely meets now a days. Christos' mother was as well amazing at that age cooking wonderful dish and ensuring that we feel at home all the time. Then comes the beauty of the island which is helped. Y the Diamond facility. Amazing pool for elders and children, with supermarket right across the road and view of the sea in about 100 steps. There is nothing too far in Skiathos. The bus stop os just about 300 meters from the facilty that takes either ends of the island.
