Review 1：Although the hotel is very nice and well taken care of, some things are simply a bit dated and in need of some (minor) maintenance. This did not affect our stay at all and looking at the price/quality it is an excellent choice!

Review 2：The hotel is very close to the beach, has free parking and the rooms are spacey with a big bathroom and balcony. The water pressure and hot water in the nicely made shower was simply perfect! The price/quality of this accommodation is excellent. The hotel has a swimming pool, and the breakfast is really good and has plenty of choices. All staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Nice extra are the free bicycles you could use if available!

Review 16：the only bad thing i can say its that even if the food was excellent it was the same food for 10 days the only things they would change would be the sides veg but by the end i had enough meat,fish and pomodoro pasta for sure!!!

Review 18：1) the staff is stupid and unfriendly, first of all the manager. Only some of them speak English, but aware, if you ask them about something, in several hours they can tell you they didn't hear it. 2) the rooms are as small as I have never seen in other hotels. Also we booked a superior, but they gave us a double, then they promised to change the room in several days, but in several days they said they are full. They said for them our room is a superior, through in the description of a superior room there should be a desk, but there was even no place for a desk in the room. 3) in a week when they promised to change the room but after they said they are full, I told to the manager that we can stay in our room but we will pay for it as for a double, cause its a double. But the manager became absolutely angry and said we should go away from the hotel and they don't want us to be there. The fact, that we booked the hotel for two weeks and that we were there with a 4-years old son, didn't matter at all. Thanks god we found a room in an other hotel, which was much, much better. So st. Moritz is for us the worst hotel we've ever seen.
