Review 1：Amazing! We had an absolutely beautiful apartment, with every detail taken into account. Every corner of the apartment made us feel pampered. You can feel the warm touch of the crew everywhere. We must thank personally Natalia who made our stay even better - with great hospitality, a smile and a constant willingness to help answer any question we had.

Review 2：Fabulous staff. Thalia was just brilliant and helpful. She was informative and would go out of her way to assist. Price was very fair and the location was very good and access was excellent. The appartment was clean, spacious and had more thanwe might normally expect. Would most definitely recommend.

Review 3：Located across the road is a very nice new church. only problem is they tend to ring the bells early in the morning. This is not the fault of the hotel.

Review 4：This hotel is located just on the out skirts of Kastoria town. Parking was not a problem. I would walk to town casually along the lake in 20 minutes. Their is a bus . Staff were very helpful especially Sophie who would help will any questions, Breakfast was excellent each morning. The room was clean and spacious. Located near hotel (200 metres) is a supermarket for your needs.

A lovely building great design offering impeccable clean,awesome confort luxury suite we ever had before,located in a quite part north in Kastoria with very easy parking,only a few minutes walk from the town center,two very big supermarkets across the steet. Great free wi-fi,definitely you get more than you pay... Βreakfast was simply amazing,everything hand prepared with the owner's Mrs Thalia personal touch,it was one of the best we ever had...This is a real boutique hotel and you will not regret your stay there!

Review 8：Everyone knows Greeks are friendly, but this beats everything. Bystaying here, we probably have met the friendliest woman in Greece,along with her husband, our hostess and host. A superb apartment,spacious and fully equipped. Nothing is left to chance. Such anunprecedented full breakfast seduces everyone. The hotel is locatedoutside the city center, an estimated 15 min walk, in a new suburbanized area. Still tastefull eating out in the evening is possible ina radius of several hundred meters.

The rooms are gorgeous and very beautifully decorated, the service is excellent, the food is delicious! But what we liked most and what makes this place unique is the host Natalia. She is so welcoming, extremely helpful and friendly. Our housekeeper was also absolutely wonderful- the apartment was always clean and beautifully done. The lady in the buffet was very nice and the food – absolutely superb and delightful.We enjoyed every minute of staying. I have no words to express how I'm grateful to beautiful Natalia for her great hospitality and kind attitude! We could not have asked for a more perfect accomodation. Fantastic in every way! We would definitely recommend to our friends and others. Hope to return soon!

Review 11：it is a couple of kilometers from the center and the lake the breakfast room should have been in the lobby - instead it is in the sub-basement room, not very nice
