Review 1：Self catering apartment block great for those wanting independence from a hotel room stay, yet having those facilities on hand if you need/want them.
Review 2：It's been my second time back in just a few weeks - that in itself is self-explanatory! The Collie has plenty of space in which to exercise, particularly down by the water. No one infringes on your privacy yet I'm always cognisant of the fact that if there is anything I need the Hotel staff will be more than accomodating. The fact that it's pet-friendly is so convenient - it eliminates giving your pet to someone while away and ensures that the pet will feel at home! I found it to be so central to the many places I wanted to visit. I would recommend it to anyone and would have dearly loved to have brought home the bed!!
Review 3：Nothing - a lovely place for a break away. Sneem is a quaint little village with loads of fab places to stay and everyone was really friendly. An indoor pool at the hotel is the only thing that would have made it better
Review 4：We stayed in the Golden Cove apartments for 2 night weekend. The apartments are fab - warm and comfortable with lots of room. Perfect if you have a child / children or like a bit More space. They are right beside the hotel. The staff were fab and really went the extra mile for us after my 2 year old daughter left her teddy behind in reception: she was devastated that 'Teddy was forgotten at the holiday house' and there were lots of tears but her excitement was palpable when he arrived in the post 2 days later. Thanks to the wonderful lady on reception for that.
Review 5：They could make more of a playground. The car parks in front of apt should be made a green area for nicer view. Plenty parking out back. Just needs a small set down for when you first arrive with luggage.
Review 6：Meals in hotel were over-priced. We stayed in an apartment self-catering. It was not cleaned during our stay, nor did we receive fresh towels, toiletries, etc. Although we booked a self catering break, I would expect a higher level of catering in the apartment given that it is part of a 4 star hotel complex.

Review 23：Gorgeous view from apartment. Small green area with goal so kids could enjoy football. Very good self catering facilities but also good selection of reasonably priced restaurants locally. Hotel food very good. Sneem village was a five minute walk. Lots of interesting things to do within an hours drive.
Review 24：Firstly the staff at reception are amazing, they cannot do enough for you. They are friendly and courteous and highly efficient. Secondly the quality of the accommodation is second to none. As I said in the headline it's not just a holiday apartment its luxury at it's best. The design of the apartments are first class and it was fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc. they thought of everything even dishwasher tablets. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious and designed beautifully. We were staying on first floor with a magnificent view of the river, so peaceful and calm, just what is required after a long journey and a busy week. I would highly recommend Golden’s Cove Apartments.

The food in the hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly. Sneem village is a short walk from the hotel. It is an ideal place to stay with a group of friends or for a romantic getaway

Carpets not clean so don't recommend for crawling kids. No shower gel, no shampoo, no soap (only towels). Flat screen TV - we laughed when we seen it - size and quality was like seen in Woodies for adverts :) Kettle - very old and cheap and needed a serious descaling, Damaged frying pan. Maintenance facilities stuff parked in front of our terrace and were doing some works which were not required to be done in front of our terrace at all, but we had to look at them. As you can see small things but we do not want to see them if you pay for it.

I know the hotel dog was lovely but it was out and about. with no one in charge of it Also some of the guest in the apartments. had dogs no problem with that. but when you bring out dog for a walk and his toilet font let it crop on the green in front of the apartments and leave it there .

I've never experienced anything like it. There were 10's of 1000's of them and they were very very irritating

Review 100：The apartments are not luxury apartments and definitely not a 4 starstandard. The kitchen have lots of different appliances and some cheapones, the bathroom have no charm, no shampoo nor soap were given and wehad to call the reception in order to have some.The bathroom wascompletely empty and appears pretty cheap. The pictures that shows theleaving room have obviously been taken moving the furniture around inorder to show you more space. No tv in the room and a 19'' flatscreen tv is the only thing you will have in the leaving room. View ofthe parking and a bit of the sea is what we had, and also no table orchairs were in the terrace as there was no space for it. Rooms view are100% parking view. Rooms were not done during our stay.I'm just saying that Sneem hotel shouldn't advertise their appartements as the same as the hotel, as there is obviously a big difference between the hotel rooms and the apartments and the people that want to spend time in luxury shouldn't go for the apartments If you want a luxurious romantic weekend, don't choose the apartments and go for the hotel.
