Review 1：the "people's bar" serves food that is not in a very high quality.

Review 2：hotel staff was really good the location is great apartment is large and convinient great place to be with kids great place as a base to short trips

Review 5：No clean towels for 5 days and we were only there for a week and the apartment wasn't cleaned every day. Two days without a bin being emptied but apart from that it was fine - nothing better when going on hol than to have clean towels daily - not much to ask

Review 6：Pefkos is a beautiful place for a chill-out holiday but I would probably book other apartments - the staff were excellent and very friendly but no entertainment on site at night apart from the odd karaoke and bingo

Review 7：Minor issues but what would have made perfect would have been an umbrella on terrace as too hot to go out after midday as no shade (other terraces we saw had them). Also more electric sockets. For example to use the kettle we had to balance it on a chair in middle of room to reach the plug socket. Not the ideal or safest solution with a toddler running around. Would not stop me going back though - would just pack multiplug adapter on an extension lead! Evening entertainment very loud when relatively few seemed to attend, but everyone else subjected to it. Fortunately we were quite a distance away.

Review 8：We had a superior 1 bed apartment to be able to be in a different room from sleeping baby in the evening. Matina had this for reasonable price. Had lots of space and large outside terrace. Two pools one more quiet and relaxed and one noisier both with appropriate quiet/noisy bars so you could have what suited you. No issue getting sun loungers. Very close to beach. Able to get take out from bar perfect with little ones for convenient eating in. Would go back!

Review 9：My only critisism was that the cleaning wasn't great.. marks on walls and floors weren't mopped regularly. After walking around barefoot after showering in the evening, feet ended up black.. some areas didn't appear to have seen a mop for some time.

Review 10：The room was perfect, spacious and had everything you needed. We spent time visiting the many restaurants in the area but found that actually the one on site had the edge on the others. Staff were genuinely very friendly and keen to make our stay an enjoyable one. Stergios is particularly lovely.. how does he remember everyone's names? The location is perfect, so close to the beach and resort centre and always room to park the hire car.

Review 11：My only criticism was the apartments only had beds and table & chairs, what we really wanted after a long day was a sofa, a place to sit back and relax before going to sleep. (This was the only fault I had with the whole complex so not bad)

Review 17：Our room was part of the new complex and had a pool view. We were located on the beach road near to bars and the beach. No noise disruption that impacted on our stay. Perfect for fanlies and couples. We booked before we left for 2015.

Review 18：- Poor cleanliness - EXTREMELY LOUD ENTERTAINMENT EVERY NIGHT, so can't sleep at all until midnight - entertainment was only karaoke and quiz nights - nothing else!

Review 20：The kitchen facilities, pans etc were too few. There were no cleaning facilities, such as detergents etc. so you had to buy anything. On one occasion during the week our room was not cleaned, and when we enquired at the reception, we were told that it was the cleaners day off. Strange enough, the staff at the reception were not always very helpful.

Review 21：The location is excellent, very close to the beach. The room was decently spacious, and close to the swimming pool and facilities. Overall it was ok. The staff at the bar and restaurant were very friendly.

Review 22：The beds were a bit too hard, our bathroom was very dated and not like the photos. The kitchen was very basic but as we were only there for such a short time it was perfect for what we needed.

Review 23：We were 3 friends travelling for 2 nights for a wedding. The location is amazing, right on the beach, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the pools were clean and well looked after. The bars, shop and restaurant were excellent.

Review 32：(a) Over the last 25 years, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels - literally - in a variety of locations both in Greece and abroad. This is the very first time that air - conditioning comes as an extra and pricy at that: 10 € per day. For a hotel that charges circa 55 € per night for a studio, this is a quantum change. Please note that:(i) this was not mentioned in your website nor in the confirmation of the reservation;(ii) when we protested the first evening of our stay we were given the remote control “out of courtesy” but the next day they turned the air-conditioning off and asked us to pay for all three nights (including the previous night: where’s the courtesy?); and(iii) when we did pay, we were asked to pay a refundable guarantee of 10 € for the remote control for which, at first, they didn’t want to give us a receipt (“you don’t need a receipt, you’re going to take it back”); I explained that when a client gives them money (refundable or not) there needs to be evidence that it was given and added that if it were certain that they were going to pay it back, they wouldn’t be asking for the guarantee;(iv) the temperature reached a high of 38 o C the first day and 39 o C the second: the hotel is in Rhodes, Greece in case they haven’t noticed.I consider the hotel’s policy completely ridiculous and firmly believe that hiding this important fact from clients is intentional.(b) The photos appearing in your website are deceptive when it comes to the interior of the studios: they may be roomy but they’re also poorly furnished and not particularly clean (kitchen hotplates were dirty as hell and it was obvious that no one had ever thought about cleaning them). Also, ground level studios are affected by a foul smell which probably comes from sewerage pipes and that prevents people from sitting outside (which is a predicament if the hotel manager has turned your air-conditioning off).

Review 70：When we booked a house, we have written a note in booking.com, that we would like to get a room away from the noise, but when we arrived they offered the noisiest room, next to the swimming pool, restaurant. We had to take the other room, and pay the extra money. Toilet did not work, but finally we were guilty of that have broken down the toilet and demanded to pay for it. My husband had very big stress. Conditioner price unreasonable.
