Review 1：- Tasty breakfast but the same every day - More than 50% of stuff speaks only Italian but despite of this they solved all our problems :) - Only 3 restaurants nearby where you can have a complete meal

Review 10：Customer service very poor, very impolite , no curtoazie . Check inexperience : untrained staff , no procedures , no information given .Second day housekeeping staff 8:00 enter into my room with a key withoutknocking . Shower base Craked and poor cleaning .Air Conditioning lefton to cool the room always found it off and personal things found italways untidy. Owner kept my passport 2 days in his office as he saidtakes time to write all details down. Once they learned the countryI'm coming from they acted very rudely and discriminative. My nephewof 6 month slept with me on same bed on the first 3 days without anyoneto ask anything , all of the sudden they refuse to give my room keycalling me rude names and sworn on me . I've called the police andlearn that they wanted me to pay 5 euro per night for the baby which wasnot a problem if someone would of explained from beginning check intime. Instead on same day 3.08.13 they changed the website that babiesunder 1 years old to pay 5 euro, and lie to me that this was on thewebsite from the beginning. Booking.com has notified me on the same dayof policy change . Police clearly told them not to charge us . As Ichecked out one day earlier as wasn't acceptable to be harassed onthis manner while paying to rest and enjoy holiday. This holiday thanksto hotel Adele became a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this hotelto anyone .
