Review 1：The staff was very polite and helpful. Since we arrived earlier than we were expected, they were kind enough to provide us with a map of the city and give us tips about the town's attractions and how we could spend our time until our check in.

Review 2：It was a great pleasure to stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, the breakfast was meticulously prepared and the reception was just fantastic. The owner took us for a tour in the old part of the city in her own car to show us the main attractions. We never experienced such a welcoming hospitality.

Review 3：Everything was more than super..thank you. Everytime I travel about 4-5 months in a year with booking.. I write reviews only for really special hotels... So this hotel is really nice one..you can see that stuff do their jobe from the heart... Breakfast doesn't offer you salmon or caviar...)but...they have home made yoghurt,feta cheese and honey from Kastoria city.. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.. Everything is really nice.

Review 5：We were on a 15 day trip in Greece and stayed in 7 different places. Chloe was the best of them. Nice touches were the greeting of cake and icecream for the family a few minutes after going into the room, the traditonal breakfast and the personal interest of the owner of the hotel. Proffessional and friendly.

Review 46：Wi-fi did not work properly. Prices of minibar content were not specifically written. Final payment receipt did NOT include the prices paid for the expensive products of the minbar (water, chocolate bars, etc.). When we asked for the correct/complete receipt, the receptionist gave us old receipts from previous customers!!!!!What a shame!!!She initially said it was not possible to issue such invoice but in the end, their system actually allowed such transaction so...why did they lie? To avoid VAT? Unacceptable behavior.

Review 52：Everything really. Hospitality and service at their utmost. Note, however that one needs a car to enjoy staying at the Chloe hotel since it is located in the (new) Chloe neighborhood out of the old city of Kastoria. Parking is not a problem around the hotel.

Review 56：Way Above Expectations... Just FantasticThe hotel has been recently updated to the highest possible standards: stunning rooms, every possible convenience (fast wifi, high-end bathroom fixtures with perhaps the best hotel shower I've seen, flat-screen TVs, LED lighting), windows all along one wall, with a walkout balcony overlooking the lake. The desk staff (Maria) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, drawing on a map so I could find everything in town. When she heard my family was from Kastoria many decades ago, she called the hotel owner, Mimi, who spoke to me for 20 minutes, trying to help locate their history. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, with multiple items made from scratch by the owner, and an assortment of local jams, honey, and the best greek yogurt I've ever had. Parking was plentiful and free in front of the hotel. If you're looking for a place to stay in Kastoria and do NOT need to be right near the city center, you can't possibly be disappointed by Hotel Chloe. By American and especially European city standards, it's a screaming bargain as well. [Tip: Ask for one overlooking the lake. They were happy to upgrade us to the best available room, and it was superb.]

Review 60：Large clean room, a lovely double bed. Friendly staff. Beautiful design. Quiet area on the outskirts of the city, there is parking. Internet free of charge, maс connected to wi fi, no problem, but the computer (Windows 7) connected to the Internet could not.

Review 61：The hotel is located in a nice, quite and safe area with plenty of free parking spots. Kastoria city center is very close, just 10 minutes by car. The staff was very polite, friendly and willing to help us at all times. They even took the initiative to prepare our breakfast for us earlier at the day of our departure because we had to leave early in the morning in order to catch our flight. I recommend this hotel to other visitors and I encourage the owners of this hotel to continue to work hard and pay attention to every tiny detail in order to keep the satisfaction level to 100% for their guests.
