Reviews for Sirens Beach & Village

Review 1:For an all-inclusive hotel, it is unacceptable that one has to pay to have wireless and to use the safe in the room!

Review 2:Very nice hotel. Confortable, clean. Good beach. Great swimming pools. The food is good and with great variety.

Review 3:Staff weren't very helpful, the hotel is extremely overpriced for what you get and the services are just not quality such as the buffet or bar drinks! Pretty disappointed and if u go out to the scummy bars on the main strip you'll be up for a 20 minute walk

Review 4:Hotel was purely made for German tourists

Review 5:Almost everything: The room was old and dirty. The Shower was terrible and the bath curtains had fungi on the bottom. Room service was terrible. It happened two times that the made came inside the room when I was there caught by surprise. Once I was in the shower and calling to ask who it is and she didnt bother to answer or get out! Just said casual sorry when I came out of the shower. This happened to also other guests from what I heard so it seem to be a pattern. Additionally, she cleaned the room so badly, it took her 30 sec, and the floor was still completely dirty afterwards. And didnt change towels even after I asked her. Baby pool was lame and actually too deep for my one and half year old..so not really a baby pool. The beach was nice but is dirty with algae in the water which is not so nice. Food was ok, but repeating itself most of the time. The snacks in between were a bit lame, just cheap stuff, nothing you really want to snack. Bad fruits. Cheap drinks. Water had a bit of other flavour.. Receptionists were rude! after we asked them to help us order a taxi to the airport they said we should do it ourself and they will charge the room for a call! They asked for extra money for internet, hotel safe, and weighing your luggage. Sport activities next to the beach caused a noise and benzin smell all the time in the air. The room with the view to the sea (and also the pool) turned out to be a bad choice because the activities and the music in the pool were very loud and started usually at 15:00 when we were trying to rest a bit.

Review 6:Nice playground for kids. The personal were family freindly and was nice to get a room next to our family. There was always accessibility to food. Very close to the beach.

Review 7:There were pretty much no animation in English. Only Italian or German. Wifi only available for free 30min every day and only in the reception area. When we pay for all inclusive we expect to have all inclusive !

Review 8:The location is perfect. Just five minutes of the Main Street of Malia if you're looking for bars, super markets... The beach is very nice (a bit dirty some days but in general very nice). The facilities are good: tennis, the gym is well equipped and the coach very helpful. You can rent a car if you want. Food is ok, not the best quality but varied and good. Staff is very helpulf and they all speak English.

Review 9:Was a bit annoyed with the wifi. Couldnt get wifi anywhere except if we paid extra and even that was a hassle. I am self employed and needed to stay in touch with clients. Think that could be improved. Wifi is so cheap, you shouldn't have to pay extra for it. Charge an extra 10 euros for the rooms and have it included in the package.

Review 10:Great service from Neil and the staff. Had a great time with my friend and our 3 six year olds. They loved the beach, the pool, the snacks, the ice creams and the little kittens :-) We had a lovely relaxing time

Review 11:limited type of snack food at the swimming pool or beach bar in order to avoid the cantine for breakfat and lunch time

Review 12:well organized, easy access to all services, huge sandy beach, free access to beach umbrellas, great and diversified food

Review 13:Food services are not Vegan / Religious people friendly. WiFi is expensive.

Review 14:Facilities and staff. Close to the shore...

Review 15:the beds were very hard.

Review 16:The staff was very kindly. The buffet meal was delicious. We felt very well.

Review 17:Closeness to the beach/location

Review 18:Bed.

Review 19:Location.

Review 20:The new family rooms are great -small for a family of 5- but great (unlike the regular family rooms who are very poor and painfully basic and simple)

Review 21:If you come in low season - we've been in the beginning of May you can access only a small part of territory which belongs to Sirens Beach, the rest of it is for Sirens Village and is closed. If you have full board you'll get 3 meals and 1 snack per day and a choice of 5 drinks. Bungalo is an old 2storey building for 20 rooms that must be renovated. Be also ready to meet a huge number of angry mosquitos.

Review 22:Nice territory, good beach, spacious room.

Review 23:The food was at best mediocre. For the amount of money spent, I would have preferred going out to eat.

Review 24:The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the games/facilities available for us to play.

Review 25:All was correct

Review 26:Nice grounds and pool. On the sea with plenty of room on the sand.

Review 27:ac in room didn't work and asked twice to fix. charge to use safe.

Review 28:great breakfast, & beach. easy walk to town

Review 29:Large and nice hotel territory right on the sea.

Review 30:run of the mill service

Review 31:Location
