Review 1：Staff advised me that I could check out at 1pm as my ferry was at 2pm. Two staff told me this, however at 12pm I was told I needed to leave the room immediately as check out is 12. When I told the receptionist I was unhappy about this he was very rude. The hotel was being packed up for winter during my stay. There was constant loud construction noise, and despite booking this particular hotel due to the pool and pool bar, the umbrellas had all been taken down and there was never any staff at the bar. Would not recommend.

Review 3：The first day the toilet was not cleaned. Was dirty from the previous guests. The toilet paper was dirty with sh..t..!!! No free toiletries as it is mentioned in booking.com

Review 5：Poor cleanliness, indifferent staff, few in-room amenities, steep walk to main street, thin walls make sleeping difficult when people slamming doors open/close at all hours of the night and early morning. No free wifi or TV in our room as advertised. Power cut-off during the night. Suggest stay near the beach instead, there looked to be better quality options and more lively atmosphere. This was like a backpackers hostel inhabited by 16 year olds.

Review 7：I was only told on arrival that it was a "party" hotel and the attitude was like it or leave. I was told there would be a TV which there wasn't. The hotel was also located on an impossible hill and the pool was surrounded by old men watching the younger guest swim. As a female staying alone for the night I did not feel comfortable at all. Thankfully I was exhausted and was only woken up twice by the party taking place upstairs. I was also rudely told that they did not know where the hotel I needed to meet my friend was, on an island as tiny as ios this was complete b******t. Never again!!
