Review 1：Breakfast ordering is kind of problematic and makes questions for customers and mess for people who work there.

Review 3：Breakfast was really odd, not a good selection and didn't taste that great. Also the resort was a bit understaffed - sometimes there was only the one person at the front desk.

Review 4：The location was really good, and the pool that looped in front of every room was really nice.

Review 5：If you need something or you order something at the bar, it might take a little bit longer than usually for a hotel at this price level. But well, it is Gili Air and everybody is relaxed, not only tourists. There was no shadow at the front area of the cottage in the pool, therefore a sunshade would have been awesome, as it got quite hot in the sun. If two people had a shower one after the other, the water did not flow away fast enough and got stowed at the shower. I guess design won over functionality. You have to order your breakfast the evening before, choicing what you want. In general ok, but the breakfast area is not cosy and a place you would spend more time than necessary and the coffee can definately been improved.

Review 6：It's a beautiful hotel with nice cottages around the pool with individual pool area at the cottage to the pool with deckchairs. Cottage has the right size with a terrace and a nice outside private bathroom. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the harbour and close to two diving schools and nice restaurants at the beach. For sure there a lot cheaper hotels on the island, however it is a nice and quite hotel, with a good standard to relax.

Review 7：Such an excellent place to stay!!!! Great location, great staff. Breakfasts are amazing and are so generous. Definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Review 8：Not alot of menu choice, we got the feeling that the hotel was opened to start getting customers in but there is alot still to be finished. This was fine as reflected slightly in price.there is only a snack pool bar and a few items a la care that you can order for lunch or dinner. The breakfast was a bit mismatched and felt they could simplify it a bit more as a lot was left on everyone's plates. Staff really lovely and friendly but a bit slow with service, sometimes waited 20 minutes for a drink- again think it is because they are starting up so cannot blame them but felt constructive feedback will help this hotel have the potential to really shine. Review 9：Beautiful bungalows with pool access. Nice and quiet with only a few villas which makes it exclusive and quiet, perfevt for couples. Good location close to everything and not far to walk from harbour.

Review 15：The bungalows were beautiful, opening on the pool with private terrace and a private entrance/"driveway" into the pool. Breakfast was brought to our terrace. Location is perfect for restaurants and bars and also sunrise! 5 mins walk from the harbour. Quiet.

Review 16：It was a construction site when stayed. Hopefully completed now. A discount should have been made for the lack of amenities. It was pitch dark with no lights to guide to the rooms at night. The outside lights required card access so once removed they shut off within seconds. Safety aspect. Grossly overpriced. Couldn't pay for room on card which was annoying but hopefully resolved. Needs other facilities. Needs amusing highlighting the location. This will undoubtedly have been sorted.
