Review 1：Nothing!!! There was a storm on the last night (1st week October), that caused several damages in that part of the island. But when we woke up there was no trace in the facilities: the pool was clean as ever, and the same to all the common areas.
Review 2：We can't speak highly enough of this place: - perfect location in the island, on the top a little hill with astonishing views. - the hotel is well taken care of and decorated with an excellent taste. - the views from the pool.. I could stay there for hours - Yummy breakfast!!! Since the moment we arrived, the owners (Chris and Anneri) made us feel at home with a private tour around that part of the island and then detailed explanations on what to expect from the rest (restaurants, tourist highlights, transport options and even a bit of history of the place!). By the time they've finished you'll feel you are just another local :) We visited several islands during our trip, but they were the top of our holidays and not only because of Ios' unique beauty but specially because of their effort to make sure everyone enjoys it. Their dedicated attention and permanent good sense of humor transfer the love they share for the place and their business. Don't think about it, book this place before it's full. You won't regret it! =)

Review 6：Chris and Anneria the owners are the nicest people you could hope to meet, they made our stay very special. They know so much about the island and what to do and where to go and they make you always welcome. The rooms are individually designed and furnished to a very high standard . The beds are especially comfortable (man with bad back!). Nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend this place and if we return to IOS which we hope to do- there is no doubt that we will be booking to stay here. Oh , by the way, and the sunsets are better here than Santorini!

Review 12：I was injured on a sailboat and Annerie and Chris took me in like family. Their hospitality and care were beyond compare. The room was perfect! It was spacious, very clean, the shower was WONDERFUL and the bed was the most comfortable in all of the Greek islands. And, the view...priceless.
Review 13：My only qualm is that the curtains are extremely thin so it made it near impossible to sleep in, since the light would shine right through the very thin curtains. Kinda of annoying, especially after a late night out in the choral. Our bathroom sink flooded water from the pipe when you would turn it on even a little bit.

On arrival they gave us useful tips for what to visit in a few days we quite had, to eat typical dishes or fish, which means it was more suitable to our needs, and so on. Review 30：Everything - from the moment we were collected at the Port and given a run-down of the surrounding area by Annerie to the teary farewell when it was time to leave - the Seabreeze was simply the best B&B Ive ever stayed at. Hosts Chris and Annerie make you feel like part of the family. Breakfast is freshly prepared to order, Drinks around the pool with fellow guests is a chilled affair and the view is to die for. The infinity pool is so enticing, the rooms very comfortable and a good size again with outstanding views. The location is a little further afield but perfect for those wanting to avoid the party scene in the middle of the night - its an easy walk and there is also a frequent bus service. Great restaurants nearby and also beaches.

We spent 3 weeks visiting various places in Europe and the Seabreeze was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip; we stayed for a week and I wish we could have extended our stay. The hotel and grounds are absolutely stunning, and there are no words to explain the pool and the view it provides of the entire port and harbour. Chris and Annarie have put so much thought into every detail and nothing has been overlooked; it truly is a luxury hotel. The room was comfortable, large and exceptionally clean. Chris and Annarie go above and beyond to ensure that they provide the best service possible. We felt instantly welcomed at our greeting at the Port, and this level of service continued throughout our stay. We looked forward to socializing with our hosts each morning and evening. They provided excellent recommendations with respect to restaurants and other things to do on the Island. The hotel is perfectly situated; a short walk to the port (approx 10 mins) but far enough to offer complete peacefulness. There are beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. I feel like I have made lifelong friends and I will definitely be returning to the Seabreeze in the near future.
Review 40：On arrival we were greeted and collected then unexpectedly got shown around the area near the hotel and told about all the things to do on the island! We were pleasantly surprised just how much there was to do! When we arrived at the hotel We were given a map and offered a drink and told all the good attractions, places to eat and how to get there. The hotel itself is wow, the pool is 5* and an absolute delight to sit around with beautiful views that you can never get bored of! comfortable chairs and an incredible infinity pool! The rooms are lovingly decorated and clean, with great views. After dinner we went back to the hotel and we had the chance to speak to (both there names) we got to know more about the property and find out how much love, time and attention to detail they have both put into building this little gem. (Owners names) were amazing always checking we were ok, on hand for anything night and day. Going above and beyond. Breakfast was lovely sitting out near the pool and watching the view! Location is great right near the port, a short 10/15min walk and then a further 20 into the village (steep but there are other options which we were told about) On our last night we wanted to see the famous sunset and asked to book a taxi - instead (name) drove us to ensure we didn't miss it!! On the whole we loved ios and we would not of appreciated the island without (name) suggestions! 2 nights was decently not enough! Defiantly coming back and would recommend to everyone I know.

The rooms, the pool, the view, the location and most importantly the hosts were all quite magnificent. Anna and Chris are totally dedicated owners and hosts who were always friendly and enthusiastic, and for whom nothing was too difficult. They organised the best rates for car hire, suggested the best restaurants based on previous guest comments, checked ferry bookings and were always available for advice on the best things to do on Ios. They were extremely hospitable and presented us with chocolates and wine on our last night to celebrate our honeymoon!! The rooms felt homely and the view from our balcony was stunning. After picking us up from the port, we were taken on an impromptu little tour of the island, with a list of recommendations for activities, attractions and meal options - we ended up trying everything on the list and we are so glad that we did as it enhanced our entire stay. The infinity pool, the breakfast, the peacefulness of the hotel's location, the view and the laughs and conversations with the owners is just a few of our highlights. We couldn't recommend this place an higher.

Review 73：From the moment we were collected by Annerie from the port, we knew we had made a good decision in choosing Seabreeze. Annerie drove us to our hotel whilst showing us many points of interest along the way including a fantastic hidden beach and a sunset bar (we visited both) and we would never have found these on our own. Chris (Annerie's husband) also gave us great advice on where to go and what to do. They give you such a warm and friendly welcome from the moment you arrive. They took care of us like we were also family but also gave us space to do our own thing and explore the island. The hotel itself is fantastic with the most amazing views. The pool area is so relaxing and great for chilling out and the rooms are so comfortable and spotless. We really cant recommend this place enough, you just need to see for yourself! We will 100% be returning at some point in the future.

Review 97：I had an unbelievable visit at the Seabreeze. Hurt my foot getting onto the ferry. Annerie stayed with me during my hospital visit to translate and lend assistance. Her and Chris tended to my every need and managed to make my mostly bedridden stay in their gorgeous hotel comfortable and a surprisingly delightful experience (given my foot!!). All delicious meals were delivered to my room, Annerrie was conscious of changing the menu every day. Every effort was made to make me comfortable. The bed was so soft, nice change after all the rock hard beds we had experienced. English channels on TV!! Beautiful room, unbelievable view, away from the party madness, but still close enough if that's what you are looking for. My favorite hotel during my month long travel of Europe.

Pool could not be better and with great view overlooking the harbor. Owners were absolutely GREAT and cared for your every need. Breakfast was more than you could ask for and there is small bar by the pool. My wife and I have travelled throughtout the Greek islands over the years and the Seabreeze Hotel was truly a gem of a find. If you just want to lay back and reduce your stress level, this is the place to do it. We will certainly return in the near future.

Review 105：Can not tell you how much we loved Seabreeze!!! Ios was one of our favorite places my boyfriend and I visited on our 2 month adventure throughout Europe (13 countires in total) and I'm telling you right now it was because of this place. We had friends stay in other places and did not experience what we did. The infinty pool and veiw were amazing. The rooms were spacious and always clean. The location was close to the port and restaurants (to get to the party scene you would wanna hire a quad or car but is quite cheap and I think it's a must in most places you go in my opinion or even get the bus up) but most of all you will love the owners Annerie and Chris. From the minute your picked up from the port til the second you leave, you are treated like royalty! They love what they do and you can feel it. We made friends with so many of the guests staying here I think everyone was feeling the love and great energy this place brought. I know for fact 100% if we did not stay at Seabreeze our memories from Ios would not be as wonderful. Do yourself a favour and book. But also do me another favour and book an extra night or two! Because everyone we met staying at Seabreeze wanted a little but more time there. Listen to the places Annerie and Chris recommend and how to go about it. They had our best interests at heart and again this is why we had such a fabulous time. I never right reviews but my partner and I said we must, we were so impressed with this place. Heaven! Can not wait to return!!
