Review 1：Nothing really, the staff may annoy some people. They are young local lads rather than hospitality professionals - watching them try and repair the toilet and be charming was quite, quite comical. I'm aware not everyone would be of the same mind.

Review 2：Lovely, small complex of bungalows. We didn't make the most of it but the roof terrace was great.

Review 3：Rave music being played loudly in the restaurant 24/7. Very annoying as you can hear it from your room all the time, day & night. Extremely frustrating. Staff washing their dirty feet in the pool. We saw staff sitting on the edge of the pool cleaning and rubbing dead skin cells off in the pool. Really off putting and we stopped using the pool after that.

Review 7：Sorry to say but the pillows are shockingly uncomfortable and I feel like a bit of a princess and the pea saying it but I really find it hard to sleep with such hard lumpy pillows and when I did get to sleep the rooster cock-a-doodle dooing at all hours of the night didn't let me stay asleep. I know it's rural but if u r a light sleeper take ear plugs if you want a good night's sleep! As our rooms were right at the back of the resort we were right next too the farm so as well as the rooster we had horses kicking their stables and neighing night and day and of course where there are horses there are flies....like so so many flies! It was almost unbearable to enjoy our massive beautiful terrace so spent a lot of time inside. I understand that this is not the fault of the resort but if you find that farm stuff might spoil your holiday then these rooms may not be for you. These things didn't ruin our holiday but they took the edge off. When time came to pay my card failed in their machine so I had a stressful time rounding up the cash to pay. Luckily I could get the cash but this was not a nice end to the holiday and although the staff were friendly I felt that it could turn nasty if I couldn't get the money despite it not being my fault. A sad end.

Review 8：We loved the spacious room and bathroom we had and when we discovered we had two rooms like this for 4 of us we were thrilled. We stayed in sebek and sentigi. We loved breakfast which filled us up nicely for days of adventuring. We loved the pool. Perfectly sized for this time of year as was quiet. My kids loved how deep it was coz they could dive in, jump in and swum to the bottom to collect stones! Kept them occupied for hours! Edu who manages the place was very helpful and saw to all our needs if we had a problem. The other staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 9：The beds were a little hard and some of the facilities needed a bit of maintenance but neither a big issue. Outside there is an open field that unfortunately seems collect some rubbish :(

Review 10：Beautiful cottages just a short stroll to the beach, where you can do great snorkeling. While the hotel only does breakfast and very nice, restaurants are closed by. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Review 15：I am sure that you can have a nice stay in another bungalow than ours. However our bungalow did not have aircon (which we noticed is quite needed) and the fans were barely working. The bathroom was very outdated and not very clean. If you want a few roosters waking you up at 4am continuing their concert until around 9am you'll have no problem ;-). We would not be staying here again.

Review 20：We loved our stay at Sejuk. All the staff there were friendly and very helpful. The bungalows themselves are clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus especially as I was traveling with my daughter. The breakfasts are also great- many thanks, I hope to be able to return in the future.

Review 21：The staff were sullen and often preoccupied with tending the gardens rather than cleaning the rooms. The room was often left uncleaned, with the fridge left without fresh bottled water (needed as the tap water is not drinkable in Indonesia). The bed was very small and uncomfortable, and the room was very dark and dingy.

Review 29：The position is in the forest behind the beach, we didn't like it because far from the action (very less action in Gili Air). The bathroom was very very old and no real windows with huge insects. Broken sink and the pavement got dirty immediately because if you shower the water don't get dry and the bathroom remain wet all the time.The pool was dirty you couldn't see your feet, it looked like a fountain.I don't think is because of the staff, I think it really needs some renewing. For what we paid I guess I expected more.

Breakfast - quite a lot options and really good. swinging net in front of a cottage, nice place to chill in a shadow.. be sure to have a baygon ready for the evening ;) the burning coils helped us a lot
