Review 1：The facilities weren't just reserved for guests and outsiders could use them as well.

Review 2：Fantastic hotel in a great location. Perfect for peace and quiet but only a few minutes walk from all the action. Lovely modern clean rooms. Great food and reasonably priced. Attentive staff. Plus an Adult only swimming pool.

Review 3：Only criticism is that there were a couple of large groups there for weddings and unfortunately 'took over' pool and pool area. They were very noisy and weren't very considerate to other guests. They were allowed to continue with their noisy antics to the detriment of couples and families around.

Review 26：We were all really impressed with the apartment, especially (with 2 teenagers) the 2 bathrooms! Breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice and really good quality. All staff were friendly and welcoming, and everywhere was really clean.

Review 27：The only complaint was the shower is very easy to knock onto hot by accident and the water is so hot it will burn you. Several people said the same thing but this is only a minor problem.

Review 38：The room we stayed in had a kitchenette, it would have been good if the hotel had provided a small dish cloth and bottle of washing up liquid so that washing the dishes was made easier.

Review 39：Visited Island blue before and it is even better now. The staff are extremely friendly, especially at the pool bar. There's a huge selection of things to choose from for breakfast: continental, English, Greek, cereal etc. so it's worth going bed and breakfast. And the supermarket attached to the complex has everything else you may need. Rooms are cleaned daily and the bed was the comfiest ever (I think they have invested in really good mattresses this year). We loved the fact we could get a courtesy room to shower in on the last day, instead of paying to keep our room for an extra 3 hours! There was a wedding every night we were there - must be wedding season! - we could see the hotel really valued the families who were there for the wedding and made sure the day was special. It was also a bonus to be able to watch from your balcony the ceremony and wedding pictures being taken!

Review 40：Fried eggs for breakfast were rubbery. The pool was very cold. Generally the room was clean but our balcony glass and handrail had not been cleaned for 10 days, also taps in bathroom and mirrors were dirty.

The hotel has a good standard of facilities and is well positioned, close to the beach and the restaurants which meant you could walk everywhere. The numerous pools which were kept very clean and welcoming were busy but we were always able to find a suitable spot. Our room facilities were better than we were expecting with the second bedroom having an en-suite. The room was also kept very clean.

Review 50：- Late start of the breakfast (7.30) which is not convinent for the daily excursion travellers (coaches are leaving the resort typically earlier in order to catch the ships at Rhodes port) - No variety of the drinks at the breakfast (e.g just 2 types of tea filters) - Beach side is very thin (better to say not really existing for so many people of this and 2 other hotels which it is shared), however there is free long but not wide at all (3-10 metres) free sandy cost line available for the general public

Review 51：- The room is extremely comfortable and well-equipped - The breakfast is reach in all sense considering the meals - The staff was very helpful in general - Pools are very modern and nice place to stay, even the pool bar's price are quite reasonable - Every basic you need is available at the hotel complex's own supermarket until midnight - Pefki is not so charmy as a village, but being quite central positioned geographically a good place for explorer (either small places in middle of the island, or to Lindos even daily which is a real pearl of the island located very close).

Review 57：We spent there 1 week in middle of July! I'm pretty sure Island Blue Hotel Pefkos is one of the best hotels in Rhodes! Very well located!Pefkos is a very nice and clean village. Whole hotel is always realy clean, sunumbrellas and pools are available. Our room (141-family apartment) was confortable and with good equipment. We had two bathrooms and nice terrace near the largest pool, front of little chapel. But what we really enjoyed is the very professional crew in every place at the hotel. Staff was excellent! Recepcionists, housekeeping, restaurant crew are top of all. Greek night strongly recommended!It's not a 3 stars hotel, for me seems 4stars superior. Singer in the bar has a very good voice!Thanks and congratulations for whole hotel crew!

Review 58：Upon arriving, it was recommended to us to keep our belongings in thehotel room safe. However, in order to use the safe, we had to pay about20 eur for the five nights! Also, if you would like to use the wireless,you would need to pay 30 eur for 3-4 days. To weight your luggage at thereception, you would also need to pay few euros. Needless to say thatthey tried to get money on every opportunity which made the stay at thehotel not very pleasant. Considering the price of 130 eur we paid forthe room per night, we found it inappropriate to charge additionally forsuch services.On Sunday, they organized Greek night so we booked a table. The buffet was served with half an hour delay and the food was cleaned within an hour - no real chance to grab a plate second time! Before even taking a seat on our table, they asked us to pay the charge of 17 EUR per a person for the buffet, they treated us like we are going to run away without paying. Further, they were in a hurry to clean the plates from the table and we could not even finish our dinner. The waitress was coming every 10 min to take our plate even thought we still had food - and that is in the middle of the entertainment program. Overall, we found the staff in the restaurant rude and had the feeling that they were trying to make the guests leave earlier.

Review 59：The hotel room was very clean. Most of the rooms have view to the pooland the yard. The breakfast was very good and the reception staff wasfriendly. The beach is just 5-10 min walk. There are few pools andbars/ restaurants within the resort.

Review 60：No complaints about the property except that I wish that there was more Greek music playing around the property. Not crazy about the town of Pefkos (five minute walk from hotel) - full of cheap restaurants and not very interesting shops. No culture whatsoever, unless you count the generic "Greek nights" with prix fixe meals and dance show.

Lots of choices on breakfast buffet, but heavily biased towards English tastes (beans, grilled tomatoes, sausages). I liked the local honey, home made preserves & yogurt assortment. Short walk to beach, and plenty of chairs w/ umbrellas. Convenient & reasonably priced grocery store on premises. This is a lovely property for those wanting a resort vacation.

Review 92：We paid for internet for our room and couldn't get any reception. They the only 4-5 star hotel in a 3 week vacation where we both had to pay for internet and then couldn't get reception. They definitely need to upgrade their facilities and for the caliber of facility, simply stop nickel and diming for internet. This would maybe fly 10 years ago when internet first came out but cool not in our current era.

Review 98：The hotel has 4 amazing pools- the one next to the restaurant is amazing. The staff at the restaurant is very friendly. The food is really good,we enjoyed the breakfast & the greek night every sunday, it's really recommended -nice concept- by the pool, nice show, nice band & good greek food. It's not near the beach, you need to walk something like 60 steps and it's bit hard. but if you desire in nice pools & quiet and don't mind to walk to the beach so you'll find this place very comfortable. they don't have double beds so take it in advance, but the room is quite big. we were not treated with nothing which was a bit disappointing (not even fruits). and another point, most of the hotel occupied by english people. something like 95%. it doesn't bothered us too much except the facts that the breakfast is a very english and the music by the pool is mainly english pop and not greek. so if you desire in a more authentic place you should consider twice.

Review 101：Still not sorted out sun bed issues that existed last year too. We were there when huge wedding parties took over the pool area. We couldn't get beds after they arrived and not all were staying at Island Blue.

Review 103：The only negative point: if you like to spend your day on the beach and not by the swimming pool, you have to pay for the sun beds (8 euros per day for 2 sunbeds and one umbrella).

Review 104：Everything. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were very spacious and with very modern and tasty design. The 4-bed room we had had also two bathrooms. Although we didn't use it, there is a fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast was buffet, very varied and of very good quality. The pool is very nice; our kids loved it. The beach is fantastic, one of the best of the island. The hotel is not far from the magnificent Lindos and Saint Paul’s beach, fairly considered to be the best beach of the island.
