Review 1：No one was onsite when I arrived and I had to make a call to be let in. Nice kitchen but I never could get the coffee machine to work.
Review 2：Quiet location and comfortable room. Kitchen is very nice and breakfast was good.

Review 4：Bedroom was large and although there was a shared bathroom we were the only people on the second floor so we had that bathroom to ourselves. Breakfast was great and the coffee machine made delicious drinks - tea, coffee and chocolate. First time I've ever had a good latte from an automatic machine.
Review 5：Just relatively similar to other places we have stayed that are much cheaper. Also, windows were left open all night and the banging in the wind was noisy! If u have one of the two rooms upstairs next to the kitchen then be prepared to wake up with whoever has breakfast first!

Review 7：I hated that the tap water smelled like rotten egg, simply turning on tap water for hand washing will make the space smell like someone passed gas. I didn't take a shower due to the smell of water. Breakfast was below average.

Review 9：when we arrive we didn't have a room because was full. But the man was very amable, he reserved us a better room in another house. All was perfect. We had breakfast also.
Review 10：The service was impersonal, since on arrival we had to make a telephone call to the man running the guesthouse, and when he arrived he was cold and offish. The outside looks shabby and makes for a poor first impression. Also, the place appears to have a bad drain, as the upper floor smelled like a sewer until one of the guests opened the front door to air out the place. Also, a lot of rooms use the same toilet/shower. The overall atmosphere was cold and unfriendly.
Review 11：The lodging was close to the port and had sufficient space in the bedroom. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was ample and decent quality. Very near the port.
Review 12：Breakfast was ordinary Icelandic fare with no frills and lots of sugar in juice, yogurt, muesli. Would like to have had hooks in the room - had to pile things on floor or drape over a chair.
Review 13：Friendly and accommodating staff - one of the house keepers even volunteered to do our laundry - we picked it up washed, dried and folded! Nice big room with extremely comfortable bed and pleasant kitchen. Lilac trees in bloom in the yard.
