Review 1：The Alluna had a big room, great sitting space, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a lovely tidy pool & grass area. The owners were friendly and helpful. It was well located to walk to the main shopping centre and drive to the University.
Review 2：Our room was very comfortable and more than adequate to suit our needs. We were able to utilise a microwave and with the kettle and toaster we were able to make our own breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the addition of two sofa chairs made it pleasant for watching television. The room had plenty of cupboard space, an air conditioner, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. We enjoyed our stay in this delightful motel and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The town centre was only a few blocks away so we walked there for dinner and enjoyed the nearby park along the way.

Review 7：They have a phone or doorbell or somethnminf connected to a bell, which is located outside of the rooms, presumably so they can hear it in all parts of the facility. When it goes off in the middle of the night it woke up both my colleague and I. It goes off quite early as well, disturbing a much needed sleep in. I'd sort this out, as it impacts guests quite a bit.
Review 8：Everything was great. Facilities etc were good for that level of Accomodation.
Review 9：Door to room was dangerously difficult to open. Manager came promptly when asked, but sprayed excess oil all over lock and it stank out the room for the rest of our stay. He tried, but was a bit over zealous. Our room a bit shabby but they in the process of refurbishing.

Review 12：Great motel for two couples as the units adjoined and shared a private balcony. The rooms were roomy, well appointed and very comfortable. Loved the sitting area. The rooms were fresh - modern prints, new vanity .decent size TV.

Review 17：Very aged hotel, for the price it was underwhelming. The beds were fairly uncomfortable and the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Also very annoying that the fan in the bathroom made it an arctic tornado the minute you turned the light on.

Review 19：Bathroom needs cleaning properly, hair left in there, also shower screens need a really good scrub. Beds and pillows need replacing. Owner has dogs that bark everytime someone turns up. Can also hear braking trucks. Poor TV reception.

Review 27：For an overnight stay, the Alluna suited our requirements well. The room was quiet and clean. The hosts were very friendly and happy to help. The motel is within easy walking distance to the main shopping precinct and plenty of eateries.
Review 28：The front door to room 20 needs attention. It seems warped and was very hard to close. The lining on the back was coming away. and there was a gap between the door jamb and the door itself. It could be a security problem.

Review 32：The room was large and had air conditioning, a cupboard, lounge, comfortable queen bed, benches for two cases, tea/coffee prep area and equipment, fridge, en suite shower room, and a TV that showed free-to-air channels and some pay TV channels. There was a friendly greeting at the front desk with an offer of a small bottle of milk for our tea/coffee. Meals cooked on site can be delivered to your room, as there is no restaurant. Great consideration was shown the following morning in that, even though they needed to urgently turn off the water to repair a major water pipe leak in the garden, they still rang and asked us if we had showered yet, and waited until we rang back to say we had finished with the shower. All good.

Review 58：My husband in particular was not happy with the mattress of the bed and had a poor nights sleep. I was not too bad once I was able to position myself away from all the mechanical paraphernalia that belonged to the electric blanket (that we did not need). It kept digging into me when I rolled onto it. Not sure if the mattress is getting a bit tired or old or maybe it was just uncomfortable for us.
Review 59：Owner was very welcoming and was helpful especially with our evening meal. Room was very clean and tidy considering the age of the motel. Dinner provided was very basic but arrived hot and saved us going out.

Review 64：The hotel is nice, clean and tidy. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. The location is good and easy to get to and exit to town. The fragrance in the room smell fresh and not too strong. The size of the room is just good with somewhere to sit down to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Plenty of lights in the room at night, nice and bright in the day time. The parking space is a good size space and close to our room. We had a good and comfortable stay.
