Review 1：The staf was wery frendly and we felt like betwen family.We'he got ewerything we asked. In the next ocasion we'll come again.

Review 2：Breakfast would be better to have more varieties. Cups and bows in glass using for breakfast look old and seems not clean.

Review 3：The hotel is clean and close to the beach. We have a room with direct beach view which is quite nice seeing sunrise in the morning. Thw owner is friendly and helpful. Bikes and wifi are provided for free.

Review 7：We loved the view of the ocean from our balcony and the fabulous beach. We also had a wonderful breakfast in the dining room which was included in the price. The hotel manager was extremely helpful and friendly.

Review 8：It was an absolutely five star experience! Beyond the beach-front location, amazing view, super clean room, free parking, great breakfast selection, it was the staff who made the difference! The hotel director/manager (speaks excellent English btw) went the extra mile for us to solve all our problems, he personally filled out my parking fee ticket so I was able to pay it at the post office (as I don't speak Italian), let me use his office to print my boarding card, showed us that he cares for each and every guest with respect, sympathy and professionalism. The waitress in the dining room expressed her regret for not being able to sit us near the window, but assured us that the next morning we will have a panoramic view, and this without even asking. To me it seems like all staff was trained to anticipate guest needs and expectations, and to deliver a highly customer-personalized service. Thank you for showing us service excellence!
