Review 1：Nothing not to like.
Review 2：The hosts are as good as you could find anywhere, nothing was too much trouble and they did everything to make our stay perfect. A fantastic location on the edge of the sea looking out to the islands and across to Turkey with a swimming and sunbathing terrace to sit on and dip your feet in the sea. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. A breakfast terrace to sit and enjoy fresh food, coffee, juice etc. Brilliant in ever way, we will be back.
Review 3：First appearances were a disappointment but we soon got to accept everything and grew to love it.
Review 4：Location, location, location. Beautiful sea-side position with narrow stretch of crystal clear water where Turtles swim and fish dart around your feet. Fabulous. The owners are friendly and helpful - we look forwards to returning there soon.

Review 9：Room was spacious enough for 2. Loved the retro decoration. The view from window was splendid. Cleanliness was 10/10. The owners are very kind and helpfull, I felt like I was home. Very quiet but also very close to the center. (you can even swim there) You will have chance to swim anytime in crystal blue sea just 2 steps far from your room. Totally worth for money.

Review 15：We had no concerns at all about the Agnanti studios, however I would reccomend that visitors bring a torch with them as the lighting on the pathway from the village to and from the Agnanti studios which is council owned is spasmodic as some of the lights are broken.

Review 19：Fabulous apartment, well decorated, spacious and fastidiously ch Lean. The location was perfect, tucked away from the main harbour strip but only a 5 minute walk and with its own swimming platform. The owners Vasilli and Cleopatra could not ha e been more accommodations. In every way a perfect stay and we will definitely be back for longer!

Review 21：Very nice room on the sea side a bit outside of the harbour .. So nice to sleep with the sound of the waves.. The owner is discrete but very kind and helpful when needed. Studio well furnished and nice terrace. Everything you need to enjoy the beautiful small island of Kastelorizo.
Review 22：There was no one to meet me, and there are no taxis, and another hotel owner asked two locals to take me but they refused. He also called the hotel, but the number was no good. It meant a steep climbing, rocky path around the mountain.

Review 25：We enjoyed our stay at Agnanti Studios. The owners Vassilli's and Cleopatra made you feel very welcome! Make sure you tee up a lift with them when you arrive and depart as it's slightly out of the town centre. Only about a 10-15 minute interesting walk that leads you up and down stairs and along stone pathways by the cliff side - still very pretty but hard to pull along your suit case!

Review 27：My Boyfriend and I were looking for a quiet place, that was not just a resort at a beach. We found Kastellorizo and Agnanti Studios after searching for a while and it has been PERFECT. We stayed for three weeks, from the second half of October. It was still very sunny and we have been outside most of the time, snorkling, walking, hiking, kayaking, drawing, reading, eating, drinking, talking. It was exactly what we needed. The island is small, but we have not been bored for a minute. It is so beatifull! And we have met a lot of amazing people. The best place to stay was Agnanti studios. (we can know, we were there for three weeks) The studio was, as you can see in the pictures very beatifull, spacious, clean and comfortable. Outside was also wonderfull with verious places to sit (or lay down) and enjoy the view, which is spectacular. We couldn't believe our eyes every morning, for three weeks. Agnanti studios is located in a very peacefull earea, right at the sea with in the yard, the best place to swim and snorkel in all of kastellorizo. The owner, Vasilis is also the nicest man. He was very kind and took great care of us. We could use his kayak, he gave us snorkling gear and he even fed us a couple of times. He made us feel right at home. We miss it now we are back home!
Review 28：The studio is located in an incredible place, directly on the sea and with no buildings around. There you can be in a out of time dimension. The owner is a friendly man who will pickl you up at your arrival. Close to the castle, the old center, 10 minutes from the harbour. The most fascinating place to stay in Kastellorizo.
Review 29：We travelled at the end of August, but our memory is still fresh, and for all good reasons!! Our room was spacious, spotless clean, with calming colours and a lovely terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for "happy hour" before heading to the harbour for dinner. We found it to be an amazing location, with warm and welcoming hosts, a delicious breakfast, sunbeds and umbrellas, and privacy. An unbelievable combination... the perfect Mediterraneo stay!

Review 32：Agnanti Studios is in the most beautiful position of the entire island: in front of turquoise water where it is easy to encounter (and swim with!) a see turtle, in a quiet place only 7 minutes of walking from the port and all the restaurants. They have everything you want: the breakfast is great, they have wi-fi, sunbeds and beach umbrellas and if you want to go to the blue cave or Saint George they can call you a boat. Plus: they always smile!
Review 33：The best ever stay we had... Kleopatra and Vasilli are so welcoming thatyou feel like home. The location is wonderful, the sea in front is thebest in the island. Silent and the best location in the island amogstall other hotels. Breakfast is very very very good. Kleopatra makes thebest filter coffee ever. Thank you Vasili and Kleopatra for making ourstay so comfortable.
Review 34：There's room for improvement to ensure swimming and sun baking area cater with some drinks facilities and to ensure non hotel guests do not litter the area with cigarette butts. In general the water was crystal clear and area clean but risk is this gem of location will be littered by sun bathers that are discovering the location. There should also be some warning signs there is a strong current late afternoon when the tide is turning (August).
Review 35：Sublime rocky Dodecanese island location tucked away around the corner of Kastellorizo harbour and linked by a 10 min coastal walk. This place is run by a Greek family that offer genuine hospitality and goes out of the way to ensure your stay is pleasant.

Review 38：Stayed for 4 nights.Vasilis is a very relaxed and nice host. welcomes his guests at the harbor for hotel transport. Rooms are maintained neat and clean at all times. Breakfast is delicious. You can select bacon, boiled/fried eggs and croissant. Vegetables are fresh. Homemade jam is a must to try. Tea and orange juice included. Rooms are furnished with appliances including toaster and MV Oven. You can cook everything inside. Shore is public but sunbeds&umbrellas are allocated only for guests. Seawater is crystal clear. Vasilis owes his motorbike for shopping, very friendly indeed. Windy weather keeps you cool. Shuttle service provided. Highly recommended !

Vasili and his family were incredibly welcoming and generous hosts, giving us wine, fruit and even some delicious home-cooked vegetables throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent; our room was very well ventilated and had aircon. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette well appointed (we ate several meals on the veranda or inside). The bathroom was of generous size and the shower was hot and strong. There's a lovely swimming platform with sun beds and umbrellas. View and ambience is quintessential Mediterranean. Property is about 10min walk along well constructed path to the harbour side where there is at least a dozen places to eat or drink. The property is in absolutely top condition - the best I've come across. It's a credit to Vasili. Liked it so much we extended our stay.

Review 66：Our host Vasilis was one of the most decent hosts we have ever met. Hemet us at the port and helped with all the luggage to our room. When ourferry was cancelled due to strong winds we had to stay one extra nightand he charged us only one third of the normal rate and the next morninghe got up at 4:45 and drove us to the airport for our flight. The placeis right on a very clear water with magnificent sea views toward Kas.Kitchen is well equipped and functional.
