Review 1：Very friendly and helpful host. Breakfast was good. A big room with nice view. A nice property and well decorated. Close to Westport and a good hopping off point for the scenic route through Connemara to Galway.

Review 2：Kaye was very welcoming ... even offering tea and scones on arrival ... Breakfast was delicious .... porridge, fresh fruit , yougurt, scrambled eggs, strong coffee.... Lovely comfortable room, quiet, couldn't ask for more .

Review 4：A bit too much audibility so you can hear some noise from neighbor rooms. Poor water pressure and qute far from city: you need a car or hitchhike to get there

Review 7：The only downside to the stay was the fact that we had missed that we needed to pay in cash when checking out. But Kay was really great about it, helping us find the nearest ATM.

Review 10：Kay, the owner, was a friendly, wonderful host who went out of her way to make our time there memorable. We were in County Mayo from Indiana to research our Irish ancestry. Kay became part of the story when we learned that some family still owned a farm near there. Windermere House could not have been more comfortable, and it was spotless! Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of choices including delicious homemade scones and brown bread. We highly recommend staying here; you will not be disappointed!

Review 11：The owner of the b&b could not have been nicer, she is very welcome when you arrive. The room was so clean and breakfast was good. The location is about 10 minutes outside Westport and we getting taxi was no problem

Review 12：Warm friendly welcome. Kay wished to ensure that our experience was excellent. Iron available without asking. Tea offered a few times when we arrived, and tea making facilities in bedrooms. Breakfast was excellent. I certainly would recommend this business.

The room was very comfortable with en suite and as the B&B is a few minutes out of town it was very quiet at night so sleeping was no problem. I didn't use the Wi-Fi so I can't comment on it but overall I recommend Windermere House B&B unreservedly.
