This cozy, downtown Kastoria hotel is set in a heritage-listed building, restored to its former glory. It sits very close to the Byzantine Museum.
Andromeda consists of 10 exceptional, stylish rooms that are equipped with all common facilities including a jacuzzi jet shower and wine and fruits upon arrival.
Breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. and consists of an American-style buffet with homemade jams and cake. Some cold dishes such as club sandwiches, toasts, pizzas and salads can be ordered 24 hours a day.
The 24-hour lounge bar serves cocktails and champagne. Guests can sit by the fireplace under the candlelight, and enjoy classical or ethnic music.

Review 1：When I arrived at the hotel around at approx. 16:30pm the Hotel was shut. I called the number that appeared on my Booking.com email and the fellow who answered the phone said he'd be there in 20mins. After 45mins he hadn't shown up and I called again. This time a woman answered the phone - she said what did I want, apologised and then sent young Receptionist - Daniella

Review 3：The room we were given was nothing like what was advertised. It was a small, windowless, basement hovel. It smelled of the adjoining breakfast room. I would never stay there again. It is a poor value for the cost.

Review 14：The hotel is not easy to find. The key-card did not work from our room, and we went downstairs 3 times to ask to fix it. Instead of coming upstairs with us, the reception lady was sitting on her place saying "this time it should work". After the 4th time the door was not opening and we went downstairs mad and unhappy, after which she went herself to check up what's wrong. After she took the wrong key, we waited another 5 min. All in all, lazy personnel, not very helping. The rooms are TOO small. The bathrooms are all in the mushroom. The hotel is far away from being a 4-star hotel, max. 3 stars.

Review 16：We had the "family room". The rooms are tiny and hard to move around in without bumping into my kids, my wife, or my luggage. They have two parking places. First come first serve. Parking on street is free if you can find a place. The wifi hardly worked on our floor and we had trouble logging on everywhere else in the hotel. Wouldn't do it again.

Review 18：The hotel was built in an old building. Everything was small. Small elevator, that could fit up to 2 people. Small and uncomfortable rooms. The bathroom was really hard to use since there was not a lot of space. For a family with two kids this was really disturbing.

Review 19：The breakfast was really good and the interior design of the hotel rooms was beautiful. Recommended for solo travellers or couples, but only for one night.

Review 20：Many efforts to improve the looks of the hotel but no efforts to improve actual comfort or usability. The hotel advised us to use the electric heater in the room which didnt do much while a central system existed, the rooms were small, the hotel was very cold in public areas and breakfast area... also rooms very noisy. I could hear the boiler in the basement and the front door of the room opened directly to the elevator door and reception. If you are to go in this hotel ask for a room upstairs.

Review 32：Wellcome fruits were not fresh at all. Breakfast was really poor, everything was cold, orange juice was not fresh made. Nothing like one is expecting at this price! The restaurant that was suggested by the hotel was also not worth at all.
