Review 1：Warm welcome and very friendly and helpful staff. We got an upgrade, and the room was big with a beautiful view! Loved the sunrise! The breakfast was very good!

Review 3：Friendly, efficient staff. Beautiful location as all rooms have sea view. Excellent breakfast choice and so nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and clean linen every day. The daily cleaning was excellent too.
Review 4：Transportation to the island is poor. Only one ferry a day from Kas. Take Kahramanlar transfer instead of the other one to avoid being overcharged and problems with your passports.

Review 60：No pool but no hotel does. There are no beaches with sand. Ladders leadyou directly into the sea. Getting to Megisti is a bit of a trek. Insummer it is almost an outpost of Australia because of all the repats.

Review 65：Kastellorizo is an amazing small island. The hotel is set at one end of the harbour with a view of every boat, yacht or ferry coming and going. Very friendly and capable management and staff.
Review 66：The mattress was incredibly soft - the kind you sink into - which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Also, the hotel is the only place offering functions, which means that there were many people gathered there in the evening making it quite loud and hard to sleep. Additionally, just opposite the hotel was the only bar on the island playing loud music, This made it hard to sleep. For one of the most quiet islands in Greece, the hotel experience did not facilitate a good night's sleep. I ordered laundry service, which was brought back to my hotel half damp and stuffed wrinkled in a bag. When I asked for it to be dried and ironed, it was brought back still with wrinkles and the chambermaid had destroyed the print on one of my shirts. I was surprised that a hotel with such high prices could not deliver on basics such as laundry. Kastellorizo was a wonderful experience, which was marred by the poor hotel experience. During my summer of island hopping, Megisti Hotel was the most expensive and the one I enjoyed the least. Next time, I am going for one of the more quaint and quiet rooms in a pension.

Review 70：It was overpriced and during our stay there was some nice music playing from the restaurant. Unfortunately someone on the terrace was also playing loudly some Abba music I was sitting in between and it was anything but relaxing. Maybe some sign up about playing loud music? Also we heard loud music through the night. It wasn't a relaxing three days for us.

We only ate breakfast and lunch at the Hotel which were both good but preferred to eat at the numerous very good restaurants around the harbour. Beautiful location with lots of good hikes and history. Worth a few days stay just to soak up ther atmosphere on this historic island. The blue grotto is a must and the impressive arrival of the island "ferry" from Rhodes.
