Review 1：There were some repairs and renewals needed to update the rooms which would have made the hotel better.

Review 2：This is a modern hotel which has an unusual design, the staff were excellent, however, the hotel is partially closed at this time of year so no restaurant was available

Review 3：I stay here regularly when I travel to Bathurst, which is usually around 8 times a year. This time, I travelled with other team members and had asked one of my team to book 3 single rooms for an overnight stay. I checked in a little later than the other 2 and was given a room facing the road and all the traffic noise from the roundabout. The two team members had been given quiet rooms at the back of the motel. I politely asked if my room could be changed to a quieter one, pointing out that normally I asked for this when booking. I was told that "we are really busy and there are no other rooms available" and "the others have been given complimentary upgrades". This was despite that fact that I am the one who is a regular customer, and that there were only a few cars in the car park by this time. The reply was quite abrupt, verging on rude. They have a computer - they should know that I'm a regular. So, if that's how they now intend to treat regular customers, I won't be back. There are plenty of other motels in Bathurst.

Review 4：Mixed and stained carpet, cracked cup, hair on spare pillow, torn curtains, too much stock in leaking bar fridge for my few things, sticky key for building access, rough towel, no hairdryer, one easy chair not 2 as in advertising, some concern over state of powerpoints.

Review 7：Friendly welcome, interesting architecture, quiet room at the back, new bathroom, lovely breakfast included in price - fresh fruit salad and pancake machine! Indoor pool and spa. Loved the separate circular building with the restaurant and pool which had an area with lounge chairs as well.

Review 8：Shower was pretty much useless. (Last time we stayed this was not evident) Hate the dispensers. I cannot operate them because of arthritic thumbs.

Review 12：The family room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very obliging even organising our breakfast packs the afternoon we checked in as we wanted to leave early the next morning. The breakfast packs were outstanding with a variety of cereals, yoghurt, fruit salad, bread for toast with the obligatory butter and vegemite or jam as well as carrot cake and, of course, milk.

Staff were excellent and accommodating and looked after my luggage on the day of check out while I was at uni .

Review 56：Chose this motel for the indoor heated pool but it wasn't available for use, the website should have been updated to tell us we couldn't use it. There was also no muesli available at brekkie, they 'ran out', the fruit salad bowl was also empty. It didn't leave a lot of options as we didn't want too sugary a breakfast. The shower leaked really badly, the whole bathroom floor was soaking wet with water almost running out onto the carpet. Also couldn't connect to the internet. Just little things I know but if we'd known we would have chosen somewhere else. Ladies on the desk were lovely!

Review 58：Was arriving late and the staff were friendly and well prepared for late arrivals. Like all Motels, all they need is a phone call and they were great.

However we had to follow up and staff didnt know how to set up, which was only an issue because our baby needed a nap when we arrived. Noise from other patrons cars coming and going right outside the front door disturbed bubs sleep, a room away from the cars wouldve been better for us.

Review 79：Upon entering our room we found that the blackout curtains were pulled half way across the window which darkened the room somewhat. I proceeded to pull back the curtain to allow more light into the room only to find that the lace curtains underneath the blackout curtains were all torn and ripped. The blackout curtains had been pulled across to hide the tears on the curtains. Although the room was very clean and comfortable, the appearance of the tattered curtains really lowered the standard of the room.

Review 104：My son had to attend residential school at the Uni in Bathurst for 3 days so I thought I would also go to Bathurst with my younger son for a couple of days break. The hotel was in very close proximity to uni and in walking distance to main centre of Bathurst . The staff were friendly , the breakfast was beautiful and the meals we had in restaurant for dinner were also of very high standard. My son has to attend another residential school at Bathurst in November and I am sure he will go back to The Quality Hotel !!
