Review 1：Two rooms gave us were untidy: Towells on the floor, bins full of rubish, beds did not make them, bad smell in the rooms There were mattresses outside the rooms, in the corridor by the rooms. Flacking paint everywhere. Machine working at night

Review 5：We have been waited for a long time before we could have seats for our dinner. There is no queue at all. By the time we have table, we have to wait for another 20 minutes for taking orders and it is close to 9pm. The wifi is slow and unstable at room and at restaurant.

Review 12：The room was nice but it was in the area where they are building new parts of the hotel. There was a note promising that the work would have started after 8 in the morning while they were already hammering at about 6.30 am.

Review 15：There is nothing good about this hotel. We spent 11 days in Iceland and had wonderful accommodations and experiences other than this hotel. Filthy lobby and public restrooms, cold eggs etc for breakfast, a manager who could not be dragged away from having beer in front of the TV to answer a simple question. Temporary workers hanging out outside the lobby smoking all day and night. High price for a horrible hotel.

Review 16：Husavik is a good location, if you are driving the Ring Road - but, if this is the only place to stay, move on - do not stay in this hotel!!!

Review 25：all ceiling light were out of order, spend whole night in space, staff said they can only repair it the next day (after I left hotel) all hot dishes in breakfast buffet were finished early in the morning, no staff in restaurant offer any help the 'apple juice' is water, the staff later said they forget to add the juice..... all staffs rush out to the restaurant to have breakfast buffet together with the customers after 10am, I've never seen this picture in my life time!

Review 27：In the bathroom, outside the morning hour, warm water takes several minutes to arrive, I first thought there would be none. Service of breakfast varied a lot, and left a bad impression, this was the worst during our 3 weeks tour. It seemed a bit like the manager was absent. We usually had breakfeast ~ 9:00, one day the buffet was emptied by earlier guests. Refilling took long, even upon request; for one of the two staff present it seemed more important to clean tables. The first three days there was no butter; asking for it we were told to take the 'low fat vegetable spread'; surprise on the last day, they have butter! First day we were sitting long and discussing what to do the day, and about 15 minutes before the end of breakfeast, the buffet was refilled, with plates of food. Shortly after we were told that the personel would come, but we were allowed to stay. We had diner only the first night. Mine was ok, but my wife's fish was drowning in the dressing of the salad, both served on the same plate.

Review 28：We stayed 4 nights, and had a room in the new building, nice and clean. The bathroom is fairly basic, e,g, no hair dryer.

Review 78：Need to pay for wifi. Very expensive with no luxuries. Rooms didn't even have any tea or coffee making facilities or a mini fridge. No hair dryer. Had given us a twin room though we specifically booked a double room through booking.com two months ahead. Thus we had to lug our luggage up and down to get our room changed. Previous twin room they gave us was small and stuffy.

If I had stepped out quicker I may have beeninjured. It looked like it might be possible to open the door beforethe car had actually arrived on the floor. Also it was very small,could barely fit us and our 2 suitcases. The room was ok, comfortableenough but smelled of smoke.

Review 85：Receptionist (Oli) was excellent, arranged transfers for us to airporton short notice, bartender was great, the breakfast provided was verygood. And location was good as well, close to tour operations.

Review 86：Expensive, even by icelandic standards. No free wifi. Foss hotels were the only ones who wanted to charge us for wifi in Iceland. The hotel restaurant ONLY offered pizza for an evening meal when we were there. we were told that new menus were being printed and more extensive food options would be available from the next week. We dined in another restaurant. It is disgraceful that a hotel charging so much for B and B does not offer an evening dinner menu.
